Quick night pic. My phone camera is taking the yellowness away but they're definitely better than before.2 points

Don't think any harm was meant dude. Wrong end of stick my thinks. We all get on nicely round these parts.2 points

i did my front ones!! MGZS 2.5 discs as they are 4x100, then you need MB6 calipers and carriers, there is a lip on the inside of the carrier that bolts to the hub, you need to grind that lip down then its a straight swap for the front1 point

Night pics! They look so stealthy at night. The lights are just as bright as before. All the lights!1 point

After Mimms both my fog light bulbs decided to blow so I ordered some new ones from China, they've only just arrived. They definitely seem more yellow and brighter than the previous set! Happy days!1 point

My smoked lights came today and I figured it'd be a crime to not fit them within 20 minutes of opening them. In progress. Done! I love how they look, proper badman pon di cyar.1 point

What i was saying is. If you can't afford to do a mod then don't do it. You dont have to do a mod to your car every day or week. Also i personally think routine maintenance needs to be done over mods. As no point changing the manifold to a SS one if you need to replace tyres for an MOT for example.1 point

He missed the boost instantly but he loved that the EP3 took all the abuse he could throw at it! We were both on track at the same time at Silverstone, I was in my EK4 and spun off1 point

My brother's Pulsar was his only car and it was eventually replaced by an EP3! Did go through 6 clutches, 4 gearboxes, a transfer box and a bottom end! That was 6 months use over two years! I don't get why people buy cars without checking they can afford to insure them1 point

After Mimms my brother started getting really excited and we decided we're going to buy one together as a track slag! Basically work will start with stripping the entire car down, sort out any rust or rot on the shell as we know a really good bodyshop for good rates plus quality work. Then together with me making the tea and him working the spanners we're going to rebuild the engine and box with lots of extra goodies!1 point

Is that because of time mate? It's easy enough to do can just be a bit fiddly.1 point

Tbh brother just do what you need to do at your own pace, in an ideal world we'd all have our cars exactly as we imagine, as soon as possible but as you say, everyones financial situation is different and not everything is as easy as we hope it would be! It's a nice car and to be honest I prefer half leather to full anyway (more comfortable on long journeys to me), and the front sprayed strips look really good! Nice to see the little subtle changes making such a difference bro! You're really good at spraying such a difficult colour too I can barely get flat black out of a can to work1 point

I think ya should just chill... who cares if ya get lowered tomorow or next month. Just don't sell ya coilovers that's the expensive Bit. You've got them And just get em fitted whenever you can afford it. Even if that's in 6 months doesn't matter hey.1 point

Spraying those front strips makes a world of difference man! Defo having those interior parts if they're not gone in a week1 point

Yea ive read online around a 10 bhp increase on a stock car. Massive improvement. Think there was like 20-30bhp increase through the mid range..which was lagging before..think honda done this by purpose to give you the vtec kick... now its just pulls away with no lag!!will check end of the week see how good its on fuel ..soo far its looking good needle has hardly dropped after giving some abuse!1 point

Spoon sump arrived yesterday and fitted. Everything ok Been a long drawn out saga but the Moroso sump doesn't look bad after tightening issues, so will hopefully sell that to my mate who seems interested. I fitted a daytime driving led strip to the interior today (stick on)....Feck me that thing is bright It is an 'Alastair special' instillation but it does the trick! Pictures later as I have left my phone in the house (I'm at work now)1 point

Freshly painted Rocker covers always tidy the bay, i hate seeing ones that are peeling it really lets bays down. (Although mine needs a good clean in the bay!).1 point

I forgot to update the thread about the rear chassis brace although it was talked about elsewhere on the forum, after a session on the lathe and mill.... Bit that had to be cut away on the chassis to get the brace to fit - now needs a plate welding in1 point

Too right!! 80 quid a bargain. Indeed. Let him Deal with problem bolts. They'll probably come out anyway if ya give em a good whack with lump hammer first and loads of wd. If all else fails and you want rid.. what coilies are they and how much you want for em :)1 point
