Good point, il double check this evening

Hi guys was on way home from work one night driving along and my abs light came on.. After getting home and leaving it turned off for an hour or so it went off, After about a mile of driving it came back on and has been on ever since. No Idea what the car had had new abs rings all round about a year ago? Also was changing my headlights over last night and my car battery died, after jump starting the SRS light has decided to come on and stay on.. Any common faults or ideas to what could be causing this? Cheers

Bring it along mate and I can do the reset for you and pull the ABS fault code. Will be a sensor on its way out, so the code will tell us what one

That's because the c4 ain't Jdm and they won't be able to have a Jdm sticker if they run a c4

So why would you need to reset the ecu? Could make emissions better or worse couldn't it depending on how the ecu reads the sensors. Also is that 100% right about just letting it idle because then the ecu is only going to see 'idle' values? Surely you should take it on a normal drive so the ecu can learn the full range of values from each sensor; Just my thoughts. ECU cheat method for downstream O2 sensor is shown in this video: It's just a low pass filter to stabilise the second O2 sensor output so it doesn't track the upstream sensor (indicating cat not doing much) and avoid a P0420 error. Has the advantage of not having to remove a rusted in O2 sensor but you will have to break into the wiring at some point.
