Hi guys I hope you can help on this one. My B18C4 has very high miles on it now and I think it's due a new set of plugs. The engine is standard bar a crappy eBay air filter and a toyosport exhaust. It does have HT leads though. What spark plugs would you guys recommend? Also thinking about a new filter so I would love a recommendation for a decent but not bank breaking filter. Do K&N come recommended? Thanks guys

NGK Plugs are my recommended - They produce for Honda anyway as far as I know. I'd look for a DC2 airbox and drop in a DC2 Pipercross or K&N filter

not much of an update really but I've finally fixed the horn lol I've ordered some coilovers and won a hks mushroom filter on a dc2 intake pipe on ebay for a tenner! will be nice to have abit of induction noise. I have bought myself another car. not a honda but it is jap. the car was cheep it's been stood for a while and needs some bits doing but it bit nothing major. 41k on the clocks 1litre 4 speed! haha I might end up using this daily and have the aerodeck as a project but it's early days yet.

So Saturday was a roasting day here so I got cracking. Sadly only managed to get Toe and Camber arms at the rear fitted as the LCAs and Coilover bolts were well and truely stuck. Got new discs and pads all round to go on this weekend aswell I'm going to give it another crack this week and get out the grinder if all else fails I'll cut off the captive nut at the back and just throw on a nylock on the new LCA bolt In other news everything is now here for a MOT time and once that's done and out the way in a few weeks I'll crack on - also a VTIS rear arb here to go on as well as the rest of the bushing I'm looking to swap out now
