Check with Honda mate, get them to list part numbers for different civic m's for the sensors. As far as I'm aware, all models have the same ones, the only difference could be the vti/vtis1 point

The door handles are interchangable. I think MG/Rover ones might even fit! You'll need to swap the door locks if you're doing fronts. The remote won't be affected as it uses a sensor inside the car.1 point
