I bet it took longer stripping all the bits off to weld it didn't it? Is the bodyshop going to fill the rest of the holes in? Or are you doing it? -
Good question, this might help out others who want to repair the fob. A guide would be cool if you get the right bits!

Online, why waste your time in the post office? You can get your tax online quicker than you could walking to the car and getting in it and driving down the road!

Do a search mate, its been covered a few times. The back does sit quite a lot lower do to the fitment and weight.

The blue looks really deep when its polished up! I really need to clean mine, I cant remember the last time mine was clean.

2.5 miles each way, and you are driving! I walk a little over 1.6 miles each way and its easy.

I think the lip goes well with the rest of the black bits at the front of your car. Love the wheels its nice that you have been a bit different

I have mine black, as they go well with my gun metal wheels. Also I felt I'm a bit old for red callipers lol

Yeah black, otherwise i think it will look tacky. -
that i what owning a mc2 is all about, and if you ever think about trading/selling it, just take it past 6k and watch all those thought's dissapear in the mirror. i've never thought about trading mine in, cause i can't find anything that would give me the same fun the deck give's me. Thats what makes me keep mine!

If you are going with the toda look, would you heat treat the end of the pipe to give it that flamed look?

I would say colour coded as well, once the bonnet is painted it will look a lot nicer i think and the grill will look good matching it. -
I think all M's are 2.25, or is that just the MB6?

The hard part is what you want next, and being able to live with it. I always seem to keep my cars for about 4 years. I have thought about a new car but i don't know what to replace it with, that's going to be as good as an all-rounder.

If you are on a budget i would just get some 30-40mm springs. If you want better you could get MGZS shocks and different springs. Or you could go coilovers anything from £200-600. There are lots of options but the biggest is always how much you have got.
