  1. As I recall they are specific per set . Have you the code for the locking nuts ?, if so you can get a replacement off honda.
  2. Polished the life out of it today : Runs great after the fettling Vtec direct did with it. You can see my poor old Aerodeck in the background. Should be gone on sun though

  4. TO be honest there is more space both in the front and rear , much more headspace too. Obviously the boot space is compromised and you cant fold the seats down. The sound in VTEC is another world though, it has a full typhoon intake and specifically designed remus back boxes (they are cool) . I will get a vid up. At first its a bit of a shock !.
  5. just on 109,000 now. The alloys were refurbed a little while ago. Not quite up to my standards but not bad !. Few mechanical things to sort - handbrake and air con radiator - and its pretty close to spot on-. The gearboxes on these are cack though and have already noticed a bit of general notchyness and going to into 5th which is a big weak point. (600 quid to fix)
  6. At least its a Honda !. Good price , but spent a few hundred already sorting bits out. Its a long road to get it minty fresh but ill see how it goes. Looks great though I think.
  7. Yeah , I keep mine on but I have cleaned under them at least twice and applied grease. I also bought some new ones from honda anyway as the others looked a bit manky.

    ITR Airbox

http://japserviceparts.co.uk/index.php/ ... 96-00.html Get this bad boy too , just as good flow as a K and N . Much cheaper - although you will need to replace it -
  9. Good stuff, glad to see you are looking after the little fellas. As you are aware thats the stuff I bought and it was good and perfectly safe, unlike alot of other cleaners.
  10. Yep straight swap. Well , mine were anyway. One of the only things that has actually gone smoothly !
  11. Hmm, adverts like that worry me to be honest . Unknown leads , random price and words like motorsport banded around. Bet they were about 2p to make in china !. Personally I would rather save up or go second hand.
  12. Cracking job mate , surely it would be the best MB6 out there if only you had some different seats . Hmmm , you should look out for some. LOL
  13. As Nick says , and as a massive coincidence , I have just bought 4 Toyo 195/50s . They were 34 quid each and really hardly any different to the 55s
  14. Look at my build thread too , just fitted them 3 days ago. Stiffer , shorter and lower by about 20mm all round (On mine anyway) much better than standard. The place I got mine from are now selling them for 80 quid and thats fronts and rears . I paid 100 and am still happy with them.
  15. Looks good mate , I wish i had your know how about mechanics . Would of saved me a few hundred quid if I could do everything myself.
  16. Cheaper than a new one from honda though LOL
  17. I know just as your excited about something , it comes and kicks you in the balls
  18. QUick question mate, Looking throught the thread I am just wondering what backbox you have attached to the supersprint section ?
  19. NO the fronts were just about OK , but my guy suggested that he was not happy with the fitting due to all the twists and turns. The rear were nowhere near fitting. Apparantly the DC2 rear will go on but I dont know how good a fit they actually are.
  20. Hello mate, Have you fitted the brake lines ?. I will be sending back that exact kit tomorrow as they didn't fit my aerodeck ?
  21. Hmm , sounds bad mate. You can rescue some pretty bad scratches/damage using a DA polisher but clearcoat damage to the metal is irrepairable as you can imagine.
  22. As regards the damage , when you run your nail over it and does it dig in and feel deep and rough ??
  23. Yeah thats the one mate , two handles either side and spins in one direction. Very cheap to buy and very easy to do damage . The random orbital like the Das-6 (not cheap) spins in a figure of 8 and is more gentle but is a brilliant tool and all the pro detailers I have ever used use them.
  24. Cool man , as you know I have one of those . Let me know how you get on. What pads did you get ?
