  6. Good shout, I think I'll steal that idea and see about getting the underseal done on mine when it goes for a service, my brother is going to love me! yep go for it! ive only done the arches and it was fairly easy. will your brother do that for you? Should do! He did the full underside of my old EK4 a few years back! Noodels pointed out a bit near the front that could use some attention and then sealing so may as well do a proper job of it! haha yes could always get some tartan paint with that ?
  7. cheers man! 15"s are a great size mine are 15"s 7J with et30 and slammed id say 60-80mm got a lot of scrubbing on the rear but its stopped now as its worn away a bit of the tyre 195/50/15 would be perfect stretch on 7J but i recon you could get away with 8J but with 205's and the 60mm springs you got a project thread?

  10. That is possible but he would have to take the door card off to do it ugh i was thinking that but if i have to take it off then i would just drill the hole
  11. right thats the rear seats sorted all fully clipped in thanks to naz's knowledge cheers mate ended up swapping the whole metal shelf bit that the rear speakers fit in to from the mb6 from the scrappy, got some extra speakers now aswell. now the only thing left to do it the rear door cards which i probably wont bother as its too much effort cutting the hole for the windy arm and too much effort making them electric

    Mazda Mx5

    that steering wheel looks sick!
  13. The twin loop simpily loops the exhaust back through the tail silencer to give a quieter system. Much better for road use and it's only a bit noisier than the OEM system but it's 2.5" dia (well mine is) and give a great boost to power and torque. ah cool i can see why people get them
  14. what does the twin loop actually do? more or less noise? or something else?

  16. today has been a massive fail for me tried to remove rear door cards but couldnt get it past/over the stupid wind up thing for the window so still havent changed the rears AND the rear seats still arent fixed in fully as i tried to change the rear bracket but they are on so tight andi ended up stripping the torx bolts think im going back to the scrappy to get the whole metal shelf bit that houses the speakers etc and just change all that unless someone has any other ideas? also how to get the rear door cards off?
  17. Do it, change them to electric. It can't be that hard did it today! wound down the rears as its roasting today and went for a blast it was awesome but how much of an electrical noob i am still puts me off trying to make it electric, think anyone has done it before?
