  1. Well I'm happy to report it is awesome, loads of grunt with a nice 6 cylinder rumble I was grinning all the way home, and went through quarter of a tan of fuel in 20 minutes I shall stick up some proper pics tomorrow:) The 1.5 323f is only 89bhp and I found it to to be about the same as my mb2 torque wise

  2. Finished puting my new clutch and gearbox in my MA the old one was well worn, took a while to bleed clutch and there was little space to work with on my drive, but I got there and I have only moved her back and forward on the drive as I need to fill the box with mtf tomorrow as the scrap yard drain it. But the clutch biting point is low so its good the new release bearing was abit noisy on first start up but settled down after, I'm going to put some decent mtf oil in her and ill let you know how she drives

  3. When I had my mb3 I got a 4-2-1 for the decat and then went to my custom exhaust place and got a De cat pipe for centre section where they usually are. I got a De cat pipe made up to the same size as an ej9 civic one and sourced myself an ej9 cat for mot time. No warning lights came on and car drove like a dream.

  17. Worth a go mate, but plastidip don't need a base coat, so 4x cans would cost £60. But yeah still saving - tenner mate

I've had 4 1.5's and yes they handle great for what is essentially a family hatchback Rust is their biggest downfall, this one is apparently A1 He wanted £400 Ono for the car so I agreed to pay the full asking price as he has to drive it over from Manchester and getting a train home He's a mates mate so I know it will be a goodun I will stay an active member on this forum as I always feel welcome:)
