However, here we go with the pics. In first place a brand new headlamp. Yes, nothing special but I'm proud of him And the other thing... well if you thing the mb1 front lip is like an unicornt, then I think I just found a pegasus XD Brand new genuine civic 5 dors side garnish covers. Next week promise I'll fit everything!1 point

Same thing happened when I got the oil changed in both the engine and gearbox. Felt like a completely different car! Can't wait for leads and intake after payday.1 point

I really hope so, failing that the only thing it could be is sticking valves which requires head strip down and reconditioning, had it once before on my old Milano red D16 ESI N reg, stripped the head and got it ported and polished took me two weeks and was like a rocket after I did that, but again wasn't this bad. I cant see it being that though as its only done just over a hundred thousand miles. I really hope its not that severe as we have already gone over im just going through a process of elimination with it.1 point

I would love to do a conversion to a big block V8 just cos it would be funny but something tells me it would be rediculously difficult1 point

Well whatever fits an EG, DC2, etc. surely must also fit in our cars. So H22, K20, etc.1 point

Luckily one of the interior door panels was removed. It had the same plugs as the Aerodeck. had to adjust my window regulator a few days back and made note of the connectors.1 point

its all they had in the shop i wanted yellow you can't see them so its not so bad just when i went to cleaning the wheels all you see is nasty looking callipers so red it was right been a while since i posted any thing on here but theres some updates not a lot but progress is progress fineally got some wind deflectors deffinately worth there money got some skunk2 rear lca's and beaks bar and picked up for only 134 squids an eldbrock performa x manifold was a bitch to fit as its was meant for a d16y8 engine and the w4 that i have in mine is very similar but being a 2000 model it has air injection and a ridiculous amount of vacuums and later found out that the manifold was for a z6 had to modify my injectors and inlet gasket and a few other bits but its on and works and makes a dirrty noise in and out of vtec only problem is today i have idle hunt just got to properly blank one of the vacuums after fitting it me and a mate took it out for a test drive and i went and shaped my drive shaft in the box aswell so two hours later i have my old gear box back in so apart from the crunch in 2nd 3rd and 4th and the idle hunt it goes very well im also modifying the bumper thanks all heres some pics1 point

I changed the passenger rear door on mine not long back, not a bad job to do. you need the car jack with a rag, small screw driver's pliers hammer sure it's a 13mm socket and ratchet. open the said door, now take the hammer, and hit the door check strap pin upward's (use the pliers to hold the top of the pin to stop it disappearing) the door has a multi plug fitted, at the door, if you peal the rubber boot back you'll see the plug and latch to undo it. (its a little bitch to do and find...) now support the end of the door with the jack covered with a rag, jack it up till it's supporting it. this is where you do need a second person, slacken all 4 door bolts, get the second person to hold the door, and remove all 4 bolt's, and lift the door away. as per haynes manual, reverse the action's to reassemble. tip's on refitting the door. pay careful attention to the door fitment before you remove it. it'll help you line up the new door. support the end of the door with the jack set up to support old door, and loosely line up the door with the paint mark's. put all the bolt's in and hand tighten them, then nip 2 up with a ratchet. shut the door and see what need's to happen, remember the door hinge's can do 3 direction's of travel, up/down in/out and tilt as well. only adjust one hinge at a time, so say the door need's to go in, loosen the top hinge push in and tighten then do the same with the bottom, if it's too high or low, use the jack to adjust the door, remember to put the jack in a center of the door. hope it help's1 point
