Oh my god. I am absolutely lost for words. I thought he'd been doing so well. So sad and I can't imagine what his family is going through. Thoughts are with them. Nick was an absolutely top bloke. Was one of the first on here to make people feel welcome. Really did out himself out to make me feel welcome on here. We've had loads of conversations via threads and PM. Such a knowledgeable chap and always helped out and shared his experiences. He will most certainly and genuinely be missed. Civic5 have lost one of it's most prominent members. Today is a sad day.2 points

yeah got a track session at silverstone for Trax so cant wait to see how much the handleing has changed. went round when i first got the car and almost killed myself. Found out the my coilovers where set up completley wrong, and the standard braked faded and gave me massive brake judder after the first lap. so im hopping this time round i should do a little better. On another note the launch control unit was s**t and got told by many people its not the route to take so thats going back on ebay Been in talks with Htune to get my ECU all sorted as really need to get on that side on modding. Didnt beat my record of 15.1 second pass at santa pod only managed a 15.43 im guessing because it was so dam hot. also got told a skunk2 inlet is a must for the b18 by some random guy at the strip does anyone agree with this?1 point

Welcome mate. Seen you MA9 going about a few times, but I've always been in the TypeS gt so you wouldnt have seen me. I'm up your way alot, work nearby and my besty mate also lives in your town. I've seen that mb6 going about a while back but had heard about the constant engine probs with it. Think it originally came from down my way? Looking forward to seeing your civic bud, nice to see the Pre facelift ones getting modded. I'm using Ruby (the MB6) full time just now, so am up your way going to work most weekends now. Same colour as your mates, white speedline chrono alloys on her, lowered etc. Cant miss her! lol I'll get something arranged when we get back from Japfest. We usually do a memorial run every August to St Marys loch (see videos on you tube) for my wife who was a member here too, so that will probably be happening either just before JF2 or just after it. be good to see ya there.1 point

Wow what a transformation! Seeing the Venoms took me back to the 90's but i guess they looked alright as the wheels were out the same time as the car! Looks like you have put a lot of hard work in Oh and your video shows as being private so cant watch it1 point

That's encouraging! If it keeps going the way it is doing I reckon by the weekend the pedal will feel much better and the bleeding will become a formality!1 point

I wouldn't worry about touching the floor long as it's firm and your really having to push hard. I can push the pedal in my van to floor right now as I eat me lunch. Maybe a bit of air still there.. does take some shifting when you've had everything off1 point

Yeah did a few last night! Locks before I reach the floor, least I know the ABS works!1 point

Pretty awesome car whatever. Love the livery. There's a vid of it on track somewhere. Looks absolutely rapid!1 point

Looks smart mate What you should do is get your gold membership and add the civic5 sticker there1 point

De-badged the boot (again) today and got rid of all the stickers that were on it. One was hiding a little scratch, so i cleaned it up and added a little skunk2 sticker that i got with my throttle body, its not the best but better than a scratch1 point

Its worth it dude. im honestly shockedat how my car sits down round corners now. Just booked some track time around silverstone to see how she handles1 point
