  1. Nice job on the lip dude! Shame you're going to scrape the underside when you get those lows on. I learned that lesson today.

  2. Just a bit of driveway whoring whilst the suspension is slowly settling! Before: After: Clearance for days but my jack struggles to get under anyway! Oooooft camber.

  3. I thought it needed more lows and it appears you thought so too the moment you were the tallest car on the street. Seriously though, me and the EP3 got on like a house on fire to be honest. I had an EU7 for 4 years so I was already used to the shifter location and such. Shifting was slick, brakes were on point, steering is light but you still get a good amount of feedback. Best part is the motor though, I was doing silly speeds in no time at all (big up Juan for letting us use his airfield for speed runs).

  6. Yeah and imagine what'll happen once I have Rainsport tyres on the front. No issues whatsoever! Hops on and off without any fuss. My only issue is that the suspension has settled to the point where my Halfords trolley jack won't fit under the car anymore, so I'll be needing a low profile one now! For now I'm just using the scissor jack to raise the car enough to get the trolley under.

  8. Bad luck dude! Luckily these D15Z8s can take tonnes of abuse before they die. It'll be healthy again in no time.

  9. You could always do one final test, if you can find someone with a combustion leak tester and test your coolant for exhaust gases?

  10. I didn't, the marks are already there. I imagine there was a steep drop somewhere.

  13. Well I've just done 400 miles on them. They've settled a bit more. 20/18, I read Dave's review on them when he put them on Ruby and he mentioned those settings. I think they're bang on. Cheers! Yep! The best part is, she handles as well as she looks. Cheers dude! Your turn for lows! Agreed dude, it's made a hell of a difference.

  17. Thanks all. @Dave, the wheels fitted straight on. Just had to get spigot rings for them. Although I do have inner tyre wear due to being low so camber kit and arch rolling is next list of the plans.

  20. Another update.. Started sorting my lip kit out.. First up front lip.. I wet sanded it with 240 grit and the silver paint and primer came off nicely leaving the pirates black underneath Sanding complete.. Nice matt look Fresh pirates black applied. Love the quality of that paint. Lacquer applied and I loved the finish.. Perfect shine Looks odd without a lip I think Fitted and it's a perfect color match.. I wanna spray booth front and rear bumpers now after looking at that Beast mode is on now

  22. Oh wow this is looking absolutely amazing! How she sits on those Dare wheels look perfection. Most of all, I love what you have done to the interior. So glad you got your car on coilovers, I had mixed suspension on my old mb3. Sleeves on the front and eg springs on mb shocks on the rear. The ride was awful and only a week later I wrote the car off. You can check out my old mb3 thread if you like. Link is below my signature
