For anyone with a similar issue. Turns out the sensor was damaged in the distributor so had to replace the whole unit.

Thanks wilkesy. Not been on for a while site looks different now.not been able to get turbod yet had a £4000 Bill for granny's funeral. But still I've just got an adjustable camgear and a AEM fuel rail I'm waiting to be delivered. I'm gonna keep buying it all bit by bit and do everything at once.

Cyl 1 (furthest from the dizzy) was fine, revs dropped as soon as I took it out, but cyl 2,3 and 4 had absolutely no effect on the running of the engine? I had my uncle in the car and he said the revs didn't move an inch when I took them out? Also, got the Astra 6.5" speaker rings and having trouble fitting them. The ring is too big to fit in the door hole, do I have to cut the door to fit them? Thanks guys

Yes I thought white side light bulbs don't really go with yellow headlight bulbs when I will eventually get them so why not tint the side light bulbs yellow instead of buying new

Found a nice bit of flat land to show off the settled height a bit. Still lugging around the old suspension in the boot (nowhere to put it, dumping it in the MB3 next time I'm down there) so the rake isn't as obvious.

Another update.. Started sorting my lip kit out.. First up front lip.. I wet sanded it with 240 grit and the silver paint and primer came off nicely leaving the pirates black underneath Sanding complete.. Nice matt look Fresh pirates black applied. Love the quality of that paint. Lacquer applied and I loved the finish.. Perfect shine Looks odd without a lip I think Fitted and it's a perfect color match.. I wanna spray booth front and rear bumpers now after looking at that Beast mode is on now

Was a lovely day on Tuesday so decided to wash, polish and wax the car.. Then mrs took some nice photos to complete the day Also found the proper grommet for rear wiper hole thanks to Liam Powell on Civic5 Facebook page..Fits perfectly
