  1. And she passed! Only thing wrong was a sliding pin on the front brake calliper had seized a bit, but they stripped it down, cleaned and regreased it then she passed! Couple of advisories (two tyres worn on inside but they were like that when I bought the alloys over 4 years ago lol. LCA bushes at rear a bit worn but not expensive movement so theyre on my to do list over winter) other than that, she's in great health!! So chuffed, and have to say the service from East Coast Motors is excellent. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff and good prices too. So DD has been out and about the last few days and earning her keep. Got a whole load of stuff loaded in her from B & Q to fix a bedroom floor.... Joists, floor boards and loads of other stuff........gotta love the boot space in the decks!

  5. Hi I have recently had my cambelt / Spring and all 3 belts replaced on my 1.4 and a few weeks later have noticed a squeal on start up and you can hear it when at high revs in N . I have checked power steering fluid and it's on the minimum line so I will be toping this up before I use it again. What could the squealing be ? the cambelt was a Honda genuine part the others were from the garage who did the work

  6. Problem sounds like one of you auxiliary belts is a little on the loose side and needs a little more tension. The above pic is 1 row of fins from the bottom of the AC condenser. Nothing to be worried about they sag and fall off with age
