Washed the car tonight lookin spanking!!!! What is up with people who say "your always washing that car" ?? 3 people said it to me tonight and I thought about it. Last time I washed it was for japshow. In September. So at this rate I wash the car twice annually... and that makes me some obsessed weirdo that neglects everything else all for the sake of a smear free paint job. Errm no.4 points

haha It made me laugh so it's not so bad! Cheers, started new job lastweek, first pay is the end of a working month so a few weeks away I'll be spending £300 odd to get started! Going to just get lowering springs to get it low, before coilovers as I still need to figure everything out in that department!3 points

Ha well I'd have to say it to you that's quite excessive. Mind you PB needs pampering. My blue paint hides the dirt so good. All the sponge haters will be glad to know I have a wooly wash mit now. And I used two buckets.. see I do listen3 points

If you don't have a wind back tool then a large plain screw driver does the same job OR get a pair of mole grips...cut a large washer in half and use the flat 'cut side' to wind the piston back. I have just noticed, this morning, that my n/s/r caliper is sticking as my alloy was rather warm compared to the other side after a thrashing on the way home from work! Damn it. I had all rear piston boots done a few months ago but as this thread pointed out...it could point to the handbrake lever bearing. Handy site this is!2 points

@ MB3Matt, I bought the sun strip at a bargain price, £2.78 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400579136389 Jordan wheels are awesome, probably best OEM wheels from Honda in my opinion , I like fan blades too but I think Jordans or ATR wheels have that aggressive look tbh. So today I continued to fit my new wing mirror. Removing the door card wasn't hard as I expected it to be, but putting back was bit of pain but I got there in the end and yes I did break a clip from the door handle but it's screwed anyway so it's still secure Yesterday's pic Now Needs a bit of polishing then I'm done (car needs a wash too) With some vinyl leftovers after wrapping the front grill H logo, I decided to also brighten up the boot H badge Now I don't think I need an expensive red Type-R badge, can consider that as done from the list2 points

I think it was brute force! Eat some weetabix and try again! On a serious note, I think Tom uses a reducer type thing as he has the airbox at a different angle anyway!1 point

Nice choice of rubber will feel so much better with non knackered boots on LOL The bar looks sweet and i agree with the above about reducing flex so even if you can not feel the difference im sure it is helping1 point

On my last M I managed to make it fit with the original pipe, had to undo the metal ring, put the pipe onto the airbox then do it up again! Also only had the airbox held with a single fixing!1 point

It will but it's like sandpaper in that respect if you start with a coarse wool to remove the rust and then move to a finer grade to take the scratches out. As Stephen said though it depends how deep the rust is, if it goes all the way through the only way to get rid is to cut it out. You could try a coarse paper or a grinder to take the worst off.1 point

nah i wasn't offended it was just a bit of banter!. Its really good to live with, DAB radio and cruise control is winner for me. mine was a bit flat when it was brand new but its opened up now. The only thing i found with it is a blind spot with the windsceen pillar and its not as good on diesel as i thought it would be but im not that bothered about MPG. I really like mine.1 point
