  7. Nice to know! Thanks guys! On the engine bay, there is still a lot of thing to do. I am waiting for some nice bits to tidy the engine bay some more, but to do it properly, the engine needs to be pulled out and everything done like the distributor

  14. Some paint correction was done today, with the help of a friend who's a master brush weilder. I'm so chuffed with how much better it looks I've had several faps over it. Here's some bonnet pics. Before: And after: I wish I'd got some photos of the doors as there was a big scratch down the drivers door and a nasty mark on the one behind it and they are both almost invisible now.

  36. I like both, which is why I had to put the VTi one in the MB3 afterwards. Only problem is the gaiter ring in the MB3 sits lower than the MB6's one so you see a bit of shaft (HA) between the knob and gaiter. There's too many knobs in this thread now.

  38. Alternatively what I did when I first setup my car was go to a hardware shop with one of each of what bolts I needed then bought everything in stainless. Cost less than a tenner do all engine bay and rear lca

  39. Great options there lads! 200sx sounds like something to look out for!! Ideally we want something ready boosted rather than converting it etc. Keep the ideas coming!!

  40. I believe they are to replace the bolts! Nothing wrong with spending on the car if it makes you happy dude! Most people spend more than it's worth, I know I probably have already or will get that way very soon!

  41. You can get cheap 106 gti's strip them. Drop them and stick on a turbo and you have a rocket of a car. A friend of mine has one with a high lift cam, forced induction kit, remap half cage, super sprint catback with decat and dropped on the torsion beam on the back with better shocks and springs all round. It handles like a go kart and shifts really well. Think all in its only cost him 3k inc buying the car.

  46. An RB30 Single turbo would be awesome. But that S2K engine is blasphemous to the Gods at Nissan. There's an R32 with a 2.8 Stroked RB26 (Now a RB28) running 1300hp at 11,000rpm on SpeedHunters too [smitten.gif] [smitten.gif]
