  8. Tread pattern is almost identical to the Toyos on mine so they can't be too bad at all.
  9. I think you definitely need to get trading standards or insurance watchdog involved, either the insurance company or the broker has broken the terms of the contract. In my view that entitles you to a full refund, whether you can is a different matter but it's definitely worth making a lot of noise about it.
