    I don't think a k swapped jazz will be all that economical. What about a suzuki swift, I was also going to suggest ep shape civ, my mate is going to look at a 1.6 sport this week, pretty gutless, so I'm told but looks very nice and should get 40+mpg. Or a Nissan Note.

    Fitted as an option to some accords I think, as I said though very, very rare. I hope you find some though.

    In 16", rare as rocking horse poop. The only ones I've seen were on Weetec's vtis which 10000rpm broke earlier this year. Look good in 16.
