    I used this how to when I did mine, http://civic5.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1086-how-to-paint-your-rocker-cover-to-an-oem-finish/ but I got a spare one so I could spray it off the car, then swapped it over and sprayed mine and sold it on, which covered the cost of the paint. Free modding.

    It looks like decent stuff, I'm using Bilt Hamber and I can't seem to get it that thick, I think I got my adaptor from CYC too I get quite a lot of kit from them. Ankle sounds painful.

    Ah no, that's fine, it's just the engine flush treatments you can buy that aren't recommended.

    You won't be a pest mate, ask away, just have a quick look round first to see if you can find the answer because it might seem a bit pesky if you ask loads of questions that have been asked and answered. BTW, Tom is on a shade under 14k posts now.

    Some nice improvements. I'm not a massive fan of the socks either, It must be our age chap they do serve a purpose though.

    Looking good, and I don't know if you got a reply to your earlier facebook post but yes the hazard and demister are backlit.

    It's not recommended to flush these engines mate, the only way to do it is to empty the old oil, pop in a couple of litres of cheap stuff, run it for a while, drain and refill with good oil. Very nice brakes.

    I'm pretty sure the stickers aren't for sale and only available upon joining the membership scheme, you get 2 with the gold membership.
