    It could be the tyre if it's a very different tread pattern or it could be your caliper starting to bind, mine started as a sort of humming before becoming a fully fledged scraping.

    Thanks for the vote of confidence but Matt (Hickster) is the real guru on this subject. Tom has put it perfectly all I will add is use a tyre calculator to compare your originals with the upgrades to try and keep the rolling radius the same.

    Looks better with the lip, I don't think the dc2 kit will drop it as much as 40mm but should be a good upgrade all the same. Do the EF lca's fit, I thought it was EG you needed?

    Haha, they're a bit scuffed and kerbed to be honest but not too bad and they are actually in better condition than my chronos but I'm hoping to get those refurbed this winter.
