Thanks for the hints and tips chap, awesome. I did warm it up originally but it probably cooled down a fair bit by the second coat. I didn't realize it could make that much difference. Everything else sounds like I was doing it right, distance, heavy coating and nozzle is fan like you say.

Profiles have been changed you'll need to go back and edit it. No they won't fit they're 4x100. Volvo V40 ones do if you like that style, I'm not sure if they're 15 or 16 though.

It doesn't look anywhere near as bad as it did on Saturday and it's bearable but you can really see it close up. Paint and lacquer was from paints4u, lacquer was only a fiver so I can't really moan.

Haha, I'm sure your's is fine. No, the paint's fine, it's just the way the lacquer's going on, I put two coats on, orange peel, rubbed it back smooth, put another coat on, orange peel.

I kind of see where you're coming from but to me there's very little difference and I think if it's the right money I'd snap it up, up to you though. Nothing wrong with your English either.

How's it connected into the loom? If it's just spliced in, then you should be able to sort it without too much trouble. Changing the loom sounds like a nightmare.

It is very hard to tell them apart unless they are side by side, it was probably sold to him as an ATR one. If it's a good price, why not get it anyway?

Ok, I'm majorly disappointed with the lip, I'm sure it's down to the lacquer, I can't get a decent finish on it but it will have to do now, I have no time left to sort it. As you can see it just doesn't ping like the rest of the car and has an orange peel finish, I'll get some better lacquer at some point and try and get a smooth finish.
