Wheels went on and gave her a good polish n wax.
-
Alright Dave, yeah low miles, sometimes only did 2.5k a year. I've already clocked up over 1000 in her. Double din was a bit of a pain. I can't get the bottom of the fascia to clip In properly so it rattles a bit when driving. Been busy today....
-
No! Haha
-
Sorry no decent pics yet! I've managed to get the double din installed though! Clay barred on weekend but rained after so no polishing or wax yet.... just found out my wolfrace JDM wheels will fit, need to get the correct wheel nuts and they'll be going on. Can't wait!
-
Yeah I thought that, just need to see it so I can point and laugh. No, seriously. Let me know when you're at Dynodaze.

Nice place to be

Ohhh mate my favourite bit is the 'refrigerated glovebox' yes... it actually has an aircon vent in there. Must be a hand warmer for the bitch, or to keep my beer cold.

Hi Guys, I'm back! This might not be a very busy thread but here is my new love. I haven't had a chance to give her a real clean up so here's a sneaky pic. (more rto come) being an '07' she's one of the first built, #818. But with only 61k miles on the clock she's a young'un in my eyes.
-
its Silver with the standard 18". cant imagine the ride would be too pleasant on 19's! Cheers Dr! I may start a build thread but not sure how much building there will be with this one. She's completely standard at the moment. However I have just had the fascia and wiring kit delivered to convert to double din

Hey Tom, Dave, Chandler! Hope you're all well! I'm picking her up tomorrow so I'll get some pics up. As far as I know she's completely standard!

Anyone wanna buy this? -
Hi! Some of you guys may remember me from 3 or 4 years ago, I hope you're all doing well and so are your MB/C's! You might recall I used to have a Bronze MB6 that was really on it's last legs bodywise, but performed exceptionally well! I sold it and bought a Celica, and now the time has come to let that go! I am back in a Civic! Not a 5 I'm afraid, but I've gone for a FN2 Type R. If you guys are gathering at Dynodaze anytime soon, give me a shout and I'll fly down and say hi! Cheers guys! Scott

maxposer's mb6 update white dials fitted :( AND BROKEN

Right so it had 2 resprays!? Just in some of the pics of the rear it looks Dakota bronze then some looks Sicilian red. Perhaps the bronze ones were only limited edition coz they started running out of the red they used in the paint mix haha. -
Nice pics there mate. Might have to do a bit of that down minehead next week

Where did you get them? I've used Camskill before so ordering abroad is fine for me if the price is right. Toyo T1R's would definately be better than Nankangs. So you actually had some grip with them? My friends are telling me now they'll be useless on my race ricer . And did you have NS-2's or AS-1's? I heard NS-2 is lots better. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they're as good as premium tyres, that would be silly. I've been on tyre tests and seen the shocking reality of cheap budget tyres versus premium brands and sworn never to buy a budget tyre again. I had the ns2's which were poor for wet handling. Got the 20's now but barely ran in. Noise isn't as bad as a i thought it would be and so far very impressed. I don't see nankang as a budget tyre as they are a better known brand and I feel I can trust the tyres reliability over something like landsail, achilles or accelera to name a few P.s. I remember the ns-2's being rather noisy when they were new, seemed to get better as they bedded in, which did take a while.- 883 replies

Thanks for all the comments guys, and yeah the centre caps are a bit too bling. Think something a bit flatter and more discrete/plain would look better, would make the centre of the wheel appear more indented. -

yes mate proper lovin them rims, made the old ones look like absolutely s**te. yeah could probly do with about 30mm lower at most but believe it or not she already only just clears the ramp up into my mates garage. I've already got the front lip on it but would like a TRD bumper. theyve got a bigger grille in the bottom and also the bit with the toyota log is blank and a bit more elongated. Then I can put the number plate in the lower grill and remove the brick from where it is now. -

I had 205/40 Nankangs on my 17's on my MB6. they are very good for wear, great in the summer, not so good in the wet if you drive it hard. Ive just ordered new rims with Nankangs again. They are very good value for money.- 883 replies

its in the bottom of footwell to the right of your accel pedal, bolted to the trim. easier to split the relay if you remove the bolt and take t all out first. make sure you have a really high power soldering iron, a lot of patience coz 15 year old rusty solder is tough!!! although this didnt cure mine, best of luck.
