  5. different cars will have different set ups mate i used a headunit i had in my (cough) corsa (cough) put it in my hyundai coupe, and was blown away by the sound quality of it for standard speakers!! the civics speakers are ok once i get the cars inside almost up together. i will be purchasing some Rockford Fostgate speakers as i know they are good
  6. sounds good man bigger the better

  9. here ya go, Kumho starting from £46 delivered to your door http://www.blackcircles.com/order/tyres/search you can also choose to get them fitted at a place near you through blackcircles.
  10. Kumho's are a good all round tyre. Toyo T1r are ok tyres in the dry, in the wet they are shocking!! if i had the chance to get Kumho tyres in my size i would go for them
  11. ye, but the one i got was too big and had to bodge slightly, but it works like a treat and is still in place
  12. ye i know mate thats the whole reason i bought a second car, plus i needed transport for when i swapped the engines over etc
  13. ye only just fits mate!! had to cut out a corner of the mould to fit the battery in ha ha. cheers there actually quite comfy when you sit in them properly ha ha
  14. yes mate proper race battery its heavy, but it hasn't got a handle like most batteries so your holding it awkward ha ha
  15. yes, check earthing!! good point @WilkesyMB6 i drove mine to my nans which was a good 8 mile trip, was running fine etc, went to leave and it wouldn't start!! the engine was still warm from when i had been driving it!! Honda's do have to be earthed well, which is why i'm using 0 gauge wiring to earth it
  16. so first of all, i thought i would treat myself to a new trolley jack that i can keep at home. i can also use it for the smx so it comes in handy all round so i have been moving the battery and fusebox to the boot. hell of a job trying to route everything and time! trying to fit in doing the car, while trying to work, see the misses and just generally busy doing bits and pieces, but it's finally back together! got a few little bits to tinker with to get it how i want it, but that stage is complete!! so here we have some Aerodynamics adjustable bucket seats with some "TAKATA" harnesses and the battery and fusebox in the rear cubby hole!! oh and i still need to wire in my sub and head unit as i haven't had chance to do that a decent height so i can get the axle stands underneath and work on it with some space. also this was my footwell for about a week while i sorted everything! the earth wire and battery wire!! i made sure it was going to be one of the best Earthed Honda's around!! and here we have it, the fusebox and battery in the boot!! it fits effin PERFECT!!
  17. hold on!! just going to upload them to photobucket now then i'll get em over
  18. Ha ha brilliant!! Well I will post a picture later on today of what I've been doing as I haven't even taken pictures myself!! Ha ha
  19. have you swapped the red and yellow wires over? this sometimes happens with some stereo's. check all fuses just in case. i dont know what else could have gone wrong :/
  20. yes mate, almost finished what i was doing on the car, now i wana do something else!!
  21. ha ha no mate, literally made myself ill one of the days as i didn't drink enough and didn't stop working on the car ha ha nooo dont be silly!! there is very very little rust on the car actually!!
  22. hump points?? i can hump already transplants been done Z6 in the bay now instead of the W4
  23. so after a few stressfull weeks re wiring, routeting and figuring out what the hell i am actually doing it is nearly finished. lots and lots of swearing went on, nearly filled the passenger side footwell with sweat on the hot days and lots of thinking where to mount everything!! pictures to follow as it needs a good clean inside and out!!
