Right then chaps, If youv'e been following my build thread i have been working on a gurney flap to make a mold of to reproduce in carbon. Well my supplies have arrived today but the gurney flap is taking a back seat or a while as i am going to have to make a 2 part mold for it and im not yet sure how im gonna go about this. Although, all is not lost i have tonight made a mold of the chrome trim at the top of the rear number plate surround as im gonna make these out of cf. I will be making the carbon part tomorrow, If all goes well how many of you would be interested? Im thinking the price will be around the £40 mark plus a couple postage. maybe £4 or so. Will be making more parts aswell, so if you guys keep adding your ideas of what you'd be interested in i will see what i can do.

Glad you like it ! Yeh thats right this is only the plug im making, it will never be fitted to the car. I will make a mold of this, once it is 100% perfect to make and then make one with the mold purely with carbon fiber or kevlar. Maybe start on the mold next wekend providing my mold making materials arrive. Got some more cf part ideas lurking about too

Is that what everbody else seems to go for? Its just the cars off the road at the mo so obviously cant drive it to the fitters. That's why i was wanting an off the shelf one. Id like to get most of the bits done i would like to while it is off of the road. I do know mongoose and super sprint? do one but they seem silly money to me. Or am i being tight lol

Right here are the pics of as it stands now. I was going to do some more on it today but i was freezing. So i ended up going to pick up an interior with the old for his v40. Maybe more tomorrow ? This is with an extra layer of cloth and 2 coats of resin. Still not 100% happy with the shape but it is really getting there. This is the bottom where it fits around the 3rd brake light And now the top and overall shape of the piece. Hope you like

Ok a teaser pic just for you knight looked on my phone and did manage to get one. This is before i put the second layer of cloth on though what has really neatened it up alot and made it more uniform just the final shape to concentrate on now really.

Im looking to upgrade my zaust pretty soon and im abit unsure what fits what.( Btw appologies in advance if this may have been covered before.) i know there aint many available for the m's so.... Will the bseries mb6 zaust fit mb2? Would any others fit like ej eg8 etc? Are all centre sections the same and just require model specific backbox? Thanks chaps !
