  1. Then prepare for much smut, random and weird sh1t
  2. It'll affect the mid-range I think, I know the B16's were basically rubbish out of VTEC which is 6k rpm which is a lifetime if you're in the wrong gear at the wrong time.
  3. Yes! I would like to see if there's any for sale in the UK to go see and get a first impression! Also forgot to thank @Honda Paul for the chat about other ideas of what could be causing the issues, something to get checked out at least!
  4. It's not anymore, thanks to the rain Managed to rule out the TPS, big thanks to Jake for having a look! Stagea keeps crossing my mind!
  5. I don't think the jerking is clutch related, if I come off the gas and back on without changing gear I still get the same symptom of hesitation then jerking to life, jerks a little when coming to a stop before I dip the clutch but still high enough not to stall. Anyway on a lighter note, I've dropped the preload from 10mm to 5mm all round so it'll be more comfortable and a little lower and had it cleaned ready for Japfest 2.
  6. I paid the locals to clean mine! I can bring a multimeter for tomorrow unless you will remember?
  7. Yeah time is getting on, probably start the vote on Monday!
  8. That was probably because I didn't stick to Honda
  9. Cheers dude! No judder, does sometimes creek when lifting the pedal - Clutch pack needs replacing anyway given it's low bite and heavy feel, think the pressure plate has had it rather than the friction plate but as you said, they're cheap enough as a pack!
  10. If it was sticking parts in the clutch wouldn't it slip while it was sticking? The car barely gets any use at the minute anyway, could be an idea to swap places with the Accord and run around in that for a bit!
  11. Yeah been doing a bit of research and not only does the TPS need to read a certain range on a multimeter but so does the lambda! I know with the lambda unplugged it runs very smoothly but suppose it should be tracked to the actual cause as I don't want to be replacing perfectly good parts.
  12. That's fair enough dude, he could have put a bit more effort in though.
  13. x2, but I have done it for you as I was in the neighbourhood!
  14. Trouble is people wanting to cheap out will always fall for it, I know mods can be expensive but that's the way it is. Do it cheap, do it twice.
  15. Went out in it last night, change gear, couple of seconds of little throttle response then jerks into life, this is both when cold and fully warmed up under part throttle (driving near the city centre). @KiNK43 are you still happy to have a look with a multimeter at fest 2?
  16. Pay them? Lows look great Kyfer!! I would say 10mm higher on the front would look spot on, but if it's not scraping then that's also a big win!
  17. Links to build threads needed chaps @simpo & @vtec2011
  18. People were shocked when they found out the full respray on my old EK cost £3000! I still see the car regularly and still looks stunning and the job was done back in 2008!! They even took out the plate bulb covers for it!
  19. Most of us don't see 135mph either Lucky if I get much more than 30-40mph!
  20. Exactly, if you fall for it then you quite deserve it and be glad it wasn't for £200 or more you lost out on! As far as the police go, you probably paid by Paypal as a gift so you willingly gave them your money basically, you won't have a leg to stand on! More fool you I say, sorry it's harsh but I don't sugar coat stupidity.
  21. Spoon N1 for £40 was only ever going to be a scam, use those braincells people....
