    What did you use on it mate? Must have been quite light (not gone all the way through the paint)? Or was it sprayed? Least you got it sorted either way, sh1t that it happened though!

    With that in mind, which way would I need to turn it to advance it to check? Clockwise (towards the front) or anticlockwise (Towards the bulkhead)?

    Paul (Who has the minted white VTi) was saying it could easily be as silly as my ignition timing being out from when I replaced the dizzy? Also gave me a few other things to check like the fuel sender and see what state the tank is in just in case its rotting a feeding the motor bad fuel. Also said about injectors a possibility. Only thing I know for certain outside of that is if I unplug the lambda it runs much smoother but obviously isn't a cure.

    Don't forget the man has a D series, not sure if it makes any difference? Really like the twin pipe, looks nice!

    I would get it mapped, should sort that dip out and make it feel smoother. I'd save for the S300 and get somebody to do it properly unless you can do it yourself confidently?

    What he said, I know on the VTi it's sixty something mm but not sure if it's different for the D series boys? Spacers would solve that kind of problem though! Shouldn't cost much either

    Could be mate, Jake checked the electrical side of the TPS yesterday on the show stand and he said it was reading slightly high (0.02 high) but was confident it was okay. Least that's one thing.
