Yeah there's two versions of the 1.6 Derv, I'm looking at the 122bhp one would I hope will be nippy! In "4 Tech" spec with all the toys to keep me entertained! Either that or I go second hand with a Leon FR TDi but I've had two Leon's before, then again I wouldn't need finance for one! I am an awkward sod!

I still don't go by the new grouping but I do know what you mean! Saabtanic isn't loving the snow like the VTi did! TCS ruins any momentum I have! Turning it off is about as useful as having no feet to press the pedals with Definately needs to go!

I'd be surprised if it were cams given Paul's current direction of mods! Still possible though! I think it's a style mod myself, just don't know what! -
That's what I was thinking, something reliable and alright for the daily/low key, then when it starts to suck the life out of me, grab the Honda and treat her right! Sounds like a man with a boring wife who then takes out a mistress! Loving the analogy there! But yeah that's the general idea! It would be something I do over time though, can't really afford to change cars again so soon! Not with Le Mans & Nurburgring in June! Plus I need to find somewhere to stash an EK9 unless I con my parents into letting me clear the garage out enough to fit a car in! Soooooooo much crap in there it's unbelievable!

wow, ere, i'm just payed 660 for the year.... I know, I'll be having words! 7 years NCB, a non-fault claim and I'll be 26 by the time I renew (by a matter of hours but still!) Granted it's a group 17 but it's a 4ucking Saab for gods sake!

....a KIA Cee'd!? For some reason...and I blame this entirely on Clarkson....ever since he reviewed it I keep finding myself looking more and more at these!!! I know it's not A Honda....or even Japanese but I'm quite drawn towards this! Cheap to run, doesn't look terrible and if you go for the "4 Tech" you get all the toys you could want as standard! Then you've got the 7 year/100,000mile warranty too! B1tch loads of MPGs in the Derv version.... Only problem would be needing to get it on the "Never ever" My current plan is, once Le Mans is done and a bit of money is saved up from selling various organs and limbs is to buy a new daily, then sell what's left of my body towards a weekend/track toy!!! I know a cheap daily would be okay but I really need one that would last and I need to try and keep a car longer than 5 minutes! Two would probably achieve this, one for comfort and one for going mad!

Meister R if you can find any going, they make them for the M too so fit/work as they should! Wheels look sweet in gunmetal!
