    pmsl! I was actually looking at EP2's! Then saw Lexy and that was it. On saying that, havent seen Lexy for over a week now. She's back in Honda, regarding a few flaws I found in the paintwork. Pees me off tooling about in a new honda civic 5 door, aint quite the same as the 5 door civics I know! And actusally regretting selling Ruby! Bloody knew I would! It's never too late to buy another M!

    I know you're not a VAG fan, but just think, it would be 2nd fiddle to an EK9!! Enduring harsh weather whilst the Honda ( ) sits snug laughing at it! It wouldn't be first choice for all that cash, you'd be blowing so much on the repayments that you wouldn't be able to spash the readys on the EK9. Why not go down the shed route for a second car/daily? I feel like I'm on the shed route already at the minute, it's all well and good buying a car cheap but repairing them isn't worth the cost! It's also worth mentioning that dispite my commute to work only being 2.5 or 5 miles each way, I still managed to rack up no less than 12,000 a year! So needs to be reliable for all the miles I do!

Oh and i will be bringing a selection of hats to the meet you need a different one for different situations you know And thanks others who commented i did not reply to all as can not embed that many quotes I think that's partly my fault I'll even be wearing a hat too dude! I'm quite literally bold at the minute (Tom will vouch for this as he's seen the Facebook pic!) so I'm in your club, but only as a novice with one hat!!

    Thats if you tie the harnesses to the bar i've done all the reading up mate, i'm running them through the bar down to the rear seatbelt bolting points Proper way to do it really to the seatbelt bolting points! Can fleshy people sit behind it? They'd get a good headache if they hit it anyway!

    Yeah i had lots of decal's to choose from but that one stood out right away and thought that the one! That's it with any little detail, you know there and then that it looks right, where to put it etc! Awesome tattoo's Jake!

    I had my rears done by a paint pro, for £35 Archenemy charged me £50 to roll and flare the front wings on my old EK4! Looked really aggressive!

    I know, I'd rather buy one "nearly new" but they're aren't hardly any yet but perhaps when I am in the market the buy there will be! Plus I might test drive one and decide it's horrid yet!

    Be worth getting the wheels sorted before you finish off any painting you want doing, I think you'll at the very least need the arches rolling but you can buy the gear to do it off the net for about £75! Be interesting to see it with a wheel test fitted if you have one around! I'm selling 16" Rota Spec R but they are ET45 so probably no good to you!

    I'm just getting fed up of the second hand market, two cars consecutively have gone wrong within the first month of purchase! I'm having a bad spell and when I need my car all week it's a nuisance to have it sat around broken! At least with a new one if it were to go wrong it'll all be covered and I'd end up with a car to still get around in! Yeah, you get a lot more for your money from KIA, my mate has a RIO on a 60 plate and to be honest I can't fault it, even the 1.5 CRDi is pokey and when we went out on a run it surprised me how well it went, I mean it's no 1000bhp Veyron but considering what you would expect from a small car with a small engine it was mint! I figure if I get a Cee'd, with all the toys that in my opinion looks decent (Probably same as in the picture in the first post!) I wouldn't be a shamed to look at it on my driveway or tell my petrol head friends that's my car! Plus if all goes to plan and I manage to get the EK9 as well I'll have the best of both worlds!! Not yet, but I'm planning to raid one of the dealerships hopefully Friday if they aren't all slacking off! Though I expect they'll be in with bank holiday offers and what not! Still I can't really look to buy until probably next year realistically...might get an ex-demo or year old second hand bargain then! Depends how quickly I can get a decent deposit together and what payment options will be like!

    You're telling me mate! Don't worry, I plan to! Just need to get my eurotrip in June out of the way then it's a saving mission! I'm going to buy a derv as a daily and fingers crossed an EK9 as a toy.....or something along those lines! I'd even have an EK4 again! I'd love to buy back my old one to be honest! But I would still want another motor as a daily so I don't lose the love again!

    Oh sorry mate i was not really trying bit of a sunday drive beside NIKH25 made a much better offer saying he will polish it i had not budgeted for time to look after it for you so i will have to withdraw my offer Ah man! I was going to buy her a hat and everything!
