Glad to hear she's getting there! She'd probably benefit from having the suspension geo set up so she's all straight and true! But that could wait till one of the last jobs before you're ready to use her regularly or whatever!

To be honest it's never been smooth unless on your on a dual carriageway/motorway! Around town its horrendously jerky, but I'm not sure if it's part down to the running issues I've been having or what but it doesn't work as a town car! I get a smoother commute to work when I walk!

You could go Meister R coilovers and leave them on the highest setting (~30-40mm drop) and then drop the ride height later if you wanted? Plus would make sense if you already need to replace the rear shocks anyway but they are mighty expensive! There's cheaper but Meister's are highly recommended! Looking forward to seeing the progress on this!

You were right first time Problem with the Accord, found out yesterday someone tried to break into it by bending the door! I've not seen it but my dad says the top of the door sits about 3-4 inches away from where it meets the roof and it's creased where the pillar meets the main body of the door.....not impressed! I mean, why bother? Would have been easier to just do the lock or smash the window to then find it had no battery nor fuel......plebs! Anyway we're looking to take it to a body shop to get it bent back into rough shape, not bothered about it being perfect as long as it doesn't let water in!

I should probably deal with mine at some point!

Well after some verbal hammer I've gotten the quote down to £665! That's better! Downside is its start sluttering and misfiring under load with flashing EML! Apparently means it's counting how many times and on what cylinder it's misfiring! But because I am mega busy at the minute I haven't got the time to be checking things so it's booked into a specialist to be looked at, suspects are the spark plugs or the Direct Ignition Cassette Pack! Hefty bill for a two minute job if its the pack! Really fed up of the bills this thing generates, it's bad enough at £90 a tank, makes me not want to drive it! At some point I'll get some cash for myself to spend on my Le Mans holiday, once that's out of the way I'll make sure the car is right and it's going! I'd rather fork out to put the '88 Accord right for MOT!!!
