  1. i want a proper civic5 sticker Lights look awesome mate!!
  2. Thanks, I learned something today then I thought you were being sarcastic, so i didn’t reply yesterday lol I am still not entirely convinced he wasn't being, and I may have been suckered into what we used to call a "Cheers Easy!!!" in one of my previous jobs.
  3. surface mounted diode i think it stands for. Type of led, willbe like the ones I have in my number plate lights: Cars looking good man, welcome to Civic5
  4. Looking good Craig! Yeah, the orange is probably a good idea on a silver car, could all look a bit blank if you know what I mean. Shame about the condensation, its what puts me off doing mine. My mates MB6 looks like it has mould growing inside due to I presume condensation build up.
  5. Looking at this back box: http://www.hondaperformancepartswarehou ... ductId=673 If I ordered the DC2 one, would it fit the MB6 ok? Obviously I know I owuld need to change the hangers etc, but apart from that? Thank you
  6. Yeah, I am looking at something along the lines of: Gloss black rocker cover with red washers and black dome nuts Gloss red spark plug cover Red magnecor leads at some point Red and black strut brace with red nuts (ooer) Just paint the stays black to freshen them up Was looking at the coloured silicone tape as an option for reducing bay temps, without having to actually replace the pipework etc Various red/black dress up bolts and washers. Should hopefully end up looking pretty sweet.
  7. Ah thats cool, I have some plans for a bit of engine bay sprucing next month, and thats the sort of info I needed. Muchas thank you!
  8. Got a couple of questions about engine bay stuff. when you painted your radiator bracket etc, how did you do this? If you take it off, is the radiator still held by something? Also, I am wanting some new coloured earth leads, do you know where to get them from as I noticed yours in your pics.
  9. Lol, its a shame these arent for sale. Could have monthly travel blogs from all of the members with them. Looks like he has had a great time though!
  10. Clean car is clean! Looks awesome mate. I am waiting to give mine the ful clay and everything, raining last two days, then too windy to be claying so hoping I can get it done in next few days. Hard work was worth it though, looks great
  11. Find out in the morning Should be ok I would think, as it can be used as an antistatic dressing, and even says so on the tins. Dont quote me on it though. You should get some wheel sealant, I have a tub of Poorboys Wheel Sealant which is great. Keeping it to give my new wheels a few coats when I get them, before putting them on the car.
  12. Looking forward to seeing the wheels fitted. Should look great
  13. Looking good Is that a place you go yourself and pay to use the hoses? or do they wash it for you?
  14. Techincally yes, but there4 can be issues with cracking from the holes. I would be going with grooved or grooved and dimpled just for peace of mind
  15. You also need to make sure the centre bore of the alloys is correct too, or larger (as you can use spigot rings to help them fit) More to it than just PCD and Offset.
  16. Well I cant weld and dont have access to a welder, so will be needing someone to change the flange for me. What size is the normal flange on the MG/rover then, and thanks for the link I found this one on exhaust parts uk, ok for the backbox? http://exhaustpartsuk.com/index.php?mai ... ts_id=2040
  17. Cheers for the answer. So do you mean they also sell the flanges? If not, the box looks decent, and I guess its not too expensive to have the flange replaced? SO could buy hte back box and centre section, and then one honda flange to mate with the cat?
  18. Seeing as there are not many at all exhaust options for MBs, got me to thinking. Will an MG ZS hatchback exhaust fit an MB6? I have been looking at one on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MG-ROVER-ZS-E ... 5d244d7eaa Does nayone who has fitted an exhaust know if this will fit?
  19. eff lol. It would appear not.
  20. Perhaps try another reset. It could just be coincidence it happened after the reset. Did you do it 100 percent as per the instructions?
  21. Very nice mate!! The engine bay is mint, and love the way the manifold has coloured with use, looks much better IMO.
  22. Ah ok, there is one on the bay at the moment, in silver, for £90 delivered.
  23. Sounds right to me That's what I did anyway lol And how I understood it from the steps.
