dr_broon
Wonder if the space saver's that much lighter than the alloy?.....At least it would mean I could tart up the honda ones and flog em on I just put my old gaitor back on (after cleaning it up) - I think that they hadn't clipped it back in properly when the multi lock had been fitted. the external diameter of the pipe at the cat is 2.5".. just less than 2" internally though.I hope that the length and everything's the same - getting it fitted at the weekend so will find out then I suppose!!! dr_broon
okay, just back from getting my new old integra r manifold on, and so far am quite happy. it sounds a bit more growly and burbles more than it did... has deffinatley changed the sound. as for power, well hard to say.. does feel a bit stronger, but could be all in the mind.I'm just sitting in the car waiting for the ecu to rest as described in the how to... thought I might as well will take it for a spin afterwards to check it out.***edit***been out for a razz, and deffinatley pulls through the revs better... been checking out my old manifold, and while it looks very simillar from the outside, the ports are oval where it meets the engine, while the teg ones were round.. also, it seems more fussy inside the way that the 4 tubes change to 2. should flow much more freely.seems to be a canny little upgrade. 1"£££$££"!!
