  1. PAAAAAA..PAAAAAAAA.PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...... its a thrill to have a exhaust on a friday night but as a daily driver its a bit annoying... the neighbours know when your out and coming home. the police hear you from a mile way. worst of all its a sign saying to the police... pull me over. a friend has a fujibutso or what ever its called on his DC2. a silent performer. hopefully my next choice to have custom fitted on my mb6.
  2. this should look like spring at front...narrower at bottom pic of rear spring ( the bottom one)
  3. Good thinking batman! 1"£££$££"!! no problem tonto
  4. if your damper rod hasnt shot through the rear speaker panel, it looks like its the springs... sure they aint been cut? are they for an EK civic or DC2? that would explain things. make sure you make a note of the part numbers and give Eibach a call 01455 285 851.
  5. did you put the bumpstops back in? something definetly not right there?
  6. they flow better and are 2 piece design just like standard mb6 manis. weight very similar aswell. for £30-£50 you cant go wrong.
  7. Hi pal, i have AEBS intake manifold and 5zigen 4-2-1 manifold with ITR intake box/pipe and toyo sports exhaust. had it remapped and i got 185bhp. cost per bhp was very expensive. theres a lot of torque from these motors. at 1st i wasnt all too happy with the mapping service i received so try and stay local so any nitty grittys are easily ironed out in future. vtec is now engaged at 4500rpm. despite the mapping service it pulls well when you can get the power down due to torque. personally i would just go for basic bolt on mods and then re-map.....it will still pull away.. invest in some good rubber and your off 1"£££$££"!
  8. hes right. to be honest i dont think they were any for the VTI-S
  9. was u at this star road place? did you see the skyline V AMG Race?
  10. YUM YUM ...Nice...just a suggestion.... gunmetal coloured calipers maybe...match the VTEC decal.
  11. well..... its napa leather...and they made by Recaro...but not the whole seat is leather.. 1: all perforated material is Leather. 2: anything on the face/ sitting surface is leather. 3: the back or seat, side pieces, inner headrest hole, and main door insert is vynal.
  12. some pics of my S2000 seats as requested
  13. excellent, glad you received the goods.... im thinking of doing this aswell...with what youv done, does the fog light still operate?
  14. im sending them back...paint is thin and were allready chipped in the box....
  15. had them for a very long time..ill get them up tomorrow
  16. pot holes and speed bumps i just fly over...no more slow down 2nd gear crawl and accelerate repeat its a good set-up and very comfortable/practical with the S2000 seats and family on-board theres a few dings and scratches here and there but overall its pretty good condition for its age. thanks guys 1"£££$££"!!
  17. the original springs were the thick guaged mgzs springs..... i bought the eibach xpower spring for the damper....the red PI springs are for the MB dampers.... also the inner collar on the top mounts are shorter by around 6mm on the mgzs compared to the MB top mounts. thats the sleeve going through the top mount on the rear with 2 rubber bushings. i didnt bother checking the front. when i installed the PI spring on the mg damper it was bending the spring against the damper dustcover under load.
  18. hi peoples, had ordered some PI 30mm lowering springs. tried them on the MGZS shocks.....definetly a no-no....way too long and make the car jack-a*s high.... the problem not using suited springs is not bottoming out...rather you risk forcing the rod out of the damper on full stretch ie on a bad pot hole heres a pic for comparison. these were the rear springs
  19. Hi peoples, been a while, just a quick pic whilst i had the car clean...been a long time..
  20. give us a clue love..... chassis, engine, whoever guesses right wins a........errr......... dont know but something lets say a magic tree air freshner
  21. ill vouch for the S9B with a B20 conversion. awesome acceleration. a friend of mine has this setup in his eg6 civic.. literally cant touch him.
  22. make sure them spacers have the hub centres on them too... the stress on the wheels studs is immense. besides that looking Good
