  2. Unfortunately I have to report 1.6 ep civic is pretty poor on fuel. My eg is much better if driven sensibly. 40 mpg is easily achieved in the eg on motorway. Ep is more like 35 mpg. 25 round the town.
  3. Definitely a hard call mani size. I did a lot of research on the subject and learnt 2.5 is a good thing allowing more flow while gases are hot. A slight decrease in diameter at say mid pipe or rear will increase the speed of the cooler gases like a venturi. I based my choice on that and went 2.5". But you definitely seem to loose low end torque.

  5. Am I right in thinking you'll need an adjustable decat anyway, if you buy a new manifold. very unlikely to line up or reach otherwise. Like the artistic boot build drawing. You got skills.

  9. Just give it a constant feed. Put ya blue led somewhere nice. Then you just cut the wires to the master actuator on drivers door and wire the hawk box in between. It basically mimics turn of the key from what I gather. Works very well from miles away. And you can make your indicators flash etc. Has a built in relay. I also have the window closure module if your interested. Would happily sell it to a good home. That is a fair bit more wiring though.

  11. It actually not that bad dude. All wiring done right there in footwell. Whe ya order tell them what car. They can send a paper with typical Honda wiring colours and locations.

  14. M10x65 with nylons and a stack of washers! You'll need them to stop the bushes binding on the arm. Just space the drop link away from arm basically

  17. You'll easily be able to tackle a couple of windows in an hour. Well assuming your quick. I can get door cards etc off in a jiffy nowadays. Maybe one window if your not so accustomed.
  18. Pop door card off. If ya got pipe cleaner arms like me get em in there with your grease and lube that sh*t up. Try window. If better pack up. If not better. Start pulling it all apart I guess

  20. Have to concur with above. I use silicone grease down the runner, solves the problem. Both my mb and eg suffered with same problem and the old glass jumping out the runner too.
  21. You can leave that other bar on if you want to. Doesn't get in the way with beaks.
  22. i got this pic of my eg. the same except mb/zs rear anti rollbar will be bolted to some brackets not the subframe. same difference though just 4 bolts.
