Speed Equip Aerodeck Vti-s **Breaking complete car ** 02/18
KiNK43 replied to 10000rpm's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
Yeah I get ya. I do like those intakes. Mine was suffering to the point where car was bogging down. Put a air feed from fog light. So far so good hasn't bogged once. But still oughta do something like your doing. -

Looking good mate. If ya fancy making a second cold air bit let me know and I'll buy off ya. Something I can never be arsed to attack. -
I've managed rod and shaft in two separate posts today
-
I didn't bother with those clips. They all snapped off. Just put it back without was fine. She'll get there anyway. Did you get the package I sent??
-
Little zippy tie mate
-
Get a new handle mate. Rover or civic whatever. That piece is included with handle. Its not part of that rod. Shame you had a bad day at it. We all have them. Some times it all goes well and ya get loads done other times one disaster after another.

Surely the inner shaft will be fine as there's no joint. Unless that big bearing is fooked.
-
This is superb. Love the exhaust how they've done the collector
-
I used eg teins on my mb for some time. And they were very impressive despite the extra weight!!! Now there on the right car..
-
That is a bargain. Gonna look nice
-
No crank position sensor on these. I'd start by setting up the idle with the iacv unplugged, diagnostic plug bridged then adjust the idle screw on throttle to about 500rpm To make sure it's okay. And an ecu reset. After that if no better clean Iacv out.

Quite possible

Can't help but think it's a figure happy dyno. Not that it matters it is what it is. But 167 whp is very high for a c4. Possibly they use calculation to work the figure out too.
-
Awesome mate. What bulbs are they again??
-
Just spotted this. Very nice. Always quite liked these

Defo leave it alone if it's good. Must admit I have been a bit disappointed with swapping to a socket ed p28 and 200 quids worth of tuning. It definitely has more poke than standard. But that could be a lot to do with putting it in a lighter car.
-
That's interesting. Most tuners move it higher on these engines. Strange tho changing the crossover point shouldn't affect your peak figure. Is it a standard engine?
-
Yes mate its a doddle if you can follow iinstructions. Blimey they've gone up I price though. All the wiring is done under the steering wheel for power and right side of drivers footwell for locks and lights

In fact just like the skunk in picture above. If you look at the top part of the port for injector. It's not symmetrical. .. Anyone have any insight as to why???
-
The ports on My skunk are not even symmetrical. So gonna have to get the dremel out. See what I can do with them
