  1. Looks like a good jack. I just bought two new jacks and made mistake they are tiny. be good for jacking up a tamiya, but need several blocks of wood to get a civic off the floor!
  2. Well still keep thinkin I'm mad. Was just happy with my mb6 everything sorted then start pulling it to bits. I just couldn't afford my wife to drive it, and I really didn't want a big car like mb as a second car. so that's why I've done it. Literally the same car just in new shell. Every part has been used and swapped over.
  3. I aint got time Tbh mate. Plus Paul's dodgy old doors dont seal and the interior has gone mouldy. shame but she's going to car heaven at the end of the week.
  4. BUsy old day. d16 will be pulled out first thing tomorow. Everything disconected ready to go.. Partially started the mb6. Driveshafts and shifter, exhaust etc needs to come out but it was raining. Looks a right tip at the minute. Packed everything in there to keep dry

  6. Thought you had no jack?.. If you have then why is beaks brace still on ya window sill? glad cars working as you want now mate.

  10. Lookin good man. Aerodecks are one of my favourites so nice. And yours looks super clean.
  11. That's a bit posh! You had it professionally painted or some it yaself?
  12. Defo came up trumps this time. reaches a large Audience I guess
  13. Yeah its looks alright. Tidy. should've took pic before I painted it really ay. Well i normally hate facebook, but a mate posted on his wall " anyone got a hoist we could borrow?" And chap from tyre place replied yeah come pick it up whenever. Very good of him.
  14. Yeah spose I would need to try and keep it legal. Ill figure something out. I always do with a bit of trial and error. well welding done today and have picked up engine crane. Big thumbs up to the local tyre place lent it me for as long as needed.
  15. All I can say is get a proper Honda or MG bush. the cheap eBay ones fall apart within months. And there not exactly fun to change on a regular basis. from what I gather tho MG bushes are really good quality. I know the ZS has avlot of poly bushes from the factory. Although they look like standard the material inside is poly.
  16. yeah looks good, i notice a few people are using a port of the original XBMC. i got a nice setup for streaming using xbox 360s around the house. works really well once youget your head around what works withit. its very fussy about how mkvs are compiled .
  17. i know the feeling mate. i wanna get my engine swap done next week and the weather looks absolute gob sh1te
  18. yes i do agree. although its gotta be better than the standard rubber tube, i was using a k&n filter which was fine unless standing in heavy traffic then you start to notice heatsoak. ill have a spare set of headlights very soon, am toying with the idea of puttin a hole through the light to allow air straight into the filter area. im not reallyplanning on driving the car a lot other than to donington or santa pod so think i can live without a headlight.
  19. New goodie arrived. bargain second hand. Cleaned filter with k & n cleaner and its good as new.
  20. I'm not no, but I'm very familiar with the hardware. Been using gp2x, Pandora, and various android bits n bobs for donkeys. pi is good bit of kit for 20 quid. May treat myself and have a play.
  21. Oh dear that's a shame. Ill look into it tho. See what can be done with them
