    Well no but that's cos' it had 50's on when I bought it. Quite a few people run 50's afaik and mine seems a little better on the 15's than the 16's.

    I run 195/50's on my 15's, bonus fact, they're cheaper than 55's. I got a full set of Toyo T1r delivered for £150. http://camskill.co.uk/ they don't seem to have the toyos at the moment but plenty choice and they're definitely one of the cheapest out there.

    Terrible drivetrains on the vag stuff of this era, boxes, clutch, flywheel, driveshafts always seem to fail.

    Thinking about it 4 gauge will be fine, 0 may be overkill, other than the battery earth.

    What did the tank look like when you had it on the ramp. Is there a way of draining a bit of fuel from just in front of the tank to see what colour fuel comes out, if it's brown there, rusty tank.

    I'd say the live has been bypassed so the stereo works without ignition.

    Just get some audio cable from halfords 0 gauge preferably or 4 gauge if you can't get that I wouldn't go any thinner than that though.
