    I have denso irridium as well, felt much smoother after I changed them but I swapped to magnecor leads at the same time so it may have been those or it may be a placebo. Having said that somebody was saying the other day that the tips can break and burn through the piston, I've not seen evidence to support this though.

    That's good, if you can afford to keep it for a little while longer, you'll more likely get closer to the money you want for it.

    Bilberry is a good strong acid free wheel cleaner, can be used neat or diluted. IronX is more for iron deposits that have adhered to the wheels or paint and should really be used after you've got the worst off.

    Maybe renting a lockup would be better for you then you can work at leisure/have as many tea breaks as you need.

    Interesting ideas, looks like your the first though. If I was doing a double din, I'd probably look at relocating the heater controls, maybe delete the centre vents.

    No, you'd at least get a nice wedge of torque with a diesel.
