Looks much better, nice stereo too, I wanted a DAB one when I changed last time but couldn't find any decent mechless DAB units and then I found the one I have with iPod docking tray and had to have that. I'm easily pleased with gadgetry.

What the hell was going on in this blokes head, he chucked away a vtis knob and bought a ripspeed one, and which one was chavvy. Can't believe he wrapped all that sh1t round the stick to force it to fit.

I like that camo wrap, it's different from the usual carbon and better than sticker bombing imo. Not sure about the wheels maybe they'd look better with different colour centres but the coilys will definitely help when they go on.

Thanks guys, got them wound up a bit more this morning, so it's not rubbing the arches anymore or catching the tow hook going in and out the garage. Definitely feels more comfortable than the mgzs stuff, can't wait to get the rears on now and give it some beanz. I was looking at taking that bolt off but it was so rusty, I was worried about shearing the bolt, as I said I can't be without the car. Thanks for the offer mate , should be fine Thursday night and if not I was already due to go over the following Tuesday anyway so it will definitely get sorted in the next weekish. I know I was sweating like a paedophile in a playpark.

Your decision makes sense, apart from the ridiculous amount of money you'd be throwing away part exing Lexy she definitely sounds like the better car to live with on a daily basis and when you need some vtec Ruby's sat there waiting.

Real dilemma a real case of heart says yes, head says no. You need to have a real think about how much more than Lexy it will cost to run bearing in mind how addictive vtec is.

As some of you know, I got in on the group buy for the Meister R coilovers First of all I have to give a big shout to Jerrick at Meister R for the awesome quality of the kit and the fantastic service (ordered Tuesday night, delivered Thursday morning) So I decided to have a go at fitting these myself today and the results are much half and half, fronts on Unfortunately I had a little trouble with the rears, I couldn't drop the rear trailing arms low enough to get the MG units out and I didn't want to undo the lca as the bolt is seriously rusty and I didn't want to shear it off as I need the car and absolutely can't have it off the road. Anyway I dropped the car back down and it was seriously low at the front unfortunately it was too low to even get in my garage. So I've raised it up a bit, it's now about 15-20mm lower than it was and the arches are rubbing so it will have to go up a bit more tomorrow. Absolutely knackered now, far too hot for mucking about like this. Oh and I managed to snap an arb drop link on the front too. Having taken a quick drive into town and back I have to say you can feel the difference the steering feels sharper and even lighter too (might be my imagination though ) and the ride feels more comfortable, at the front at least you can feel the difference going over the speed bump at the bottom of my road front to rear. Hopefully it should be going on the ramp Thursday night to sort the rest out.

According to the workshop manual it's in the under dash fuse box and should be bottom right. Manual is available under the downloads tab at the top of the page.

Your argument for spoiling it with lowering is ridiculous, get a grip man, that Accord should be on the floor. And Tom will find you as he inserted a tracking chip in your anus when you stopped over, I've just found mine.

Nice work chap, does look proper fiddly, I gave up trying to wrap my H badge and just slung some paint on it instead. More carbonning I expect.
