  1. Good luck with the claybarring, you'll be surprised how much it picks up, keep the panel area you're claying nice and wet (I use optimum no rinse as a lube rather than qd), work in small areas, use straight strokes, just wipe don't press, when the bar slides without catching you've done that part. Not sure exactly how big those bars are but you'll not need much, I use Bilt Hamber clay and only use a quarter each time. Knead it so it goes nice and soft and keep kneading it as you go and most importantly (IF YOU DROP IT BIN IT)!! Enjoy, it's gonna be seriously hot this weekend and I hope the above helps.
  2. Looking good. They do seem to shine well when the sun's low.
  3. x2 for 10000rpm, he has some good feedback.
  4. Those speakers do look damn good for the money, nice improvement.
  5. ARB drop links, ball joint, wheel bearing, cv joint. It all depends when it's happening, i.e. when you're turning (particularly if the camber changes), bumpy road etc.
  6. You spend far too much time on ebay.
  7. Not good mate, not good at all, hope it's only the sump. How much did you offer her for it??
  8. x2 Until now, but £250. seriously, for fog lights. I'd go for an aftermarket set personally.
  9. Seems like a good excuse for new wheels to me.
  10. They're all outside sweating and cowering in fear at the scary ball of fire in the sky. Wheels look better bud, you'll soon have her back to the Ruby we all know.
  11. Decisions, decisions. I'm a fan of a clean rear end but on the other hand the sport badge does help with the sleeper surprise. I shall vote later.

    Mazda Mx5

Looks so much brighter than when you first got it.
  13. Well that's bl00dy annoying.
  14. Glad you've got it sorted, pain it's been so difficult to track down and cost you so much.
  15. Wow, that must be the tiniest tv… …IN THE WORLD.
  16. x2 and similar across the rear in the other direction too, she must have been all over the shop. Even if the readings are inaccurate, they will be inaccurate by a similar amount all round, these tyres are obviously under and over inflated and this will be another reason why the tread has worn. I don't blame you getting a full health check Dave, it's very worrying.
