Yes, 10w40. As said Opie should give you recommended plus upgrades. The Hamp shortie filter is supposed to flow better and give better pressure.

A well serviced Honda will last for a lot longer than 150k, well worth doing even if you use non oem parts, never under estimate the value of a service.

Yes, as above you won't be able to adjust the camber which is where my problem is. I've ordered some D2 camber arms by the way.
