  1. Yeah not an ideal time to do it When you bleed it, try jacking the front of the car up to help any trapped air in the heater matrix escape if there is any. If it's constantly bubbling/frothing and doesn't stop, it's probably the head gasket.
  2. Obviously wasn't being driven right Mine tripods with OEM suspension Al, congrats on the wee miss! I'm going to be an uncle for the first time in March! I bet your whole world is upside down right now though! CL9 would be awesome and the plans sound good too! Probably a much better car to get parts for than the M too which is my biggest gripe with them, lack of aftermarket and sometimes OE catering!
  3. Yes @Dave will be stripped bare! Have a look in the other thread and find out you lazy git @Dave! It's what we decided to call this one, you should be happy!
  4. Water pump is a possibility. Failing that, have you had the coolant fluid tested? It could be the very early signs of head gasket.
  5. Greedy eh? It feels funny because Bob (the other one) was going to be an awesome all rounder, but now that's kind of redundant. Well I still plan to take it to the 'Ring at least! Dave might be too harsh to travel with eventually!
  6. I have to agree, Honda, SEAT & KIA being the main dealers I've dealt with and they're all the same! Quick to take your money and want more if you have any problems despite any warranty you may have!
  7. Right, so a couple of months ago I was getting moaned at for tracking Bob and people were worried about me wrecking or crashing the car. So my brother and I bought another EP3 to use purely as a track slut. Pictures from the sale advert: This was an M2 unsilenced cat-back, this fucker came straight off before we even fetched the car! Far too loud and wank! The day we picked it up. First comedy fault, not worth dealing with! Show plate for on the track! So we got the car back to my brothers house where it has sat for a couple of months doing fuck all. Until last weekend when we got all the servicing items together plus a sump baffle to drop in to get the car ready for it's first track day, which is in December! Fluids, filters, sump baffle, plugs etc etc Bob was supervising. Bob's old airbox and S2000 filter. Not bad for 137k, chain is tight, cams look decent! These looked original! So did the fuel filter, not good! Back together and all is well! What we did find was that we need new front brakes before the session rather than after, so I'm hopefully ordering a big brake kit today, we have fluid ready to change and braided lines on the way too! Radiator looks like it's ready for the scrap too so going to get one ordered ready! Track day is on Sunday December 13th at Donington Park should anyone fancy watching us kill or bin the car!
  8. Least the plate looks centered and level! OCD points!
  9. Warranties have never been worth a wank! I got £300 knocked off my EP3 for saying I didn't want that waste of paper! Also I've heard about this on the TRO forum, think it could possibly be the rear window seal if it's not the gutter you think it is. My next one will be a Nissan, I keep looking at them because I now have two hedge hunters and I feel weird for it!

    Want one

    They need to build this!
  11. Not that jammy, mine rattles when the window is part open unless I nudge it down by hand!

    What!?

That's random! Would have been much easier to fit another B into it! Then again it's still an M
  13. Nice goodies! Regulators seem to generally be a weak point on Civic's across the generations!
  14. That's a shitter mate! Definitely don't want to spend that kind of money for it to not be that!
  15. I'd guess the ECU itself might not be happy.
