  1. Yeah it's good to have a change but nice cars like that are hard to forget.. I am sure the way you are going your deck is gonna look even better pretty soon
  2. I really wanna go college and do Body work repair and spraying course. I love that stuff.. But most courses I find are for young people.. Or one I found for my age but it's 3 grand Great job on earthing cables if that's what they are
  3. Ah that's great.. I would be looking forward to when that is done.. Hopefully before japfest so I can see her in all her glory in person .What's the difference between plastic primer and filler primer. I have never used it before. Looks good so far.. Cracking job you are doing mate
  4. So in other words you are a perfect man
  5. That's low.. Looks awesome.. Man why did you sell such a stunner Ah I am really looking forward to Sunday now. They will be going on for sure
  6. They are quite kool.. I just hope they would fit properly . Would they have thread in them or just have to force them on.. Any idea?
  7. That is perfection my friend .. Stunning car.. And I love the Rota in that color.. Wonder how bronze would look .. What was your mb6 lowered on and how much was it lowered?
  8. Great work mate.. Inspiring how quickly you get the jobs done
  9. Damn when you color code completely and carbon wrap the bonnet you are gonna make me miss my mb2 even more Great progress so far mate..1500 wet should be fine.. So spraying color today or still another layer of primer to go?
  10. I will see what I can do for tyres when the time comes. I am ok for now though with what I got. So purple it is then for calipers or any other ideas? I found these two valve caps on eBay. What you guys reckon http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=251820533891&alt=web http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=360909878631&alt=web
  11. I will keep an eye on eBay mate thanks. Did you have the same wheels that knight had. They looked spot on. Love that color combo . Have you got any picture of them on your mb6 you can share here?
  12. Kool thanks for feedback mate.. I had blue theme on mb2 so wanna do something different this time. Engine theme is already decided purple so I think I will go with purple calipers also to match that
  13. I know you are not mate but everyone's financial situation is different.. You don't know about mine and I don't know about yours.. Seriously though the kind of expenses you guys are telling me I think I am gonna sell the coilovers and just stick to standard suspension or probably buy some lowering springs. As for tyres mate yes they are expensive for £200. I bought 4 part worn tyres last time for £70 and they lasted me well without any mishaps.. I am not being stingy here but I have to look at my pocket first.. I have already paid for a lot of things from credit card as I don't have the cash to splash
  14. Lol read the post again dude.. I never mentioned I am interested in buying those wheels I was saying to him it was so hard for me to wait one week for my wheels to arrive how is he gonna wait one month for his ones
  15. It's gonna look mint once those two are on.. When is it happening then? Are you changing anything at the same time as coilovers?
  16. Thanks guys for all useful feedback. I need ideas now.. First thing I am thinking of doing callipers purple.. Anyone done it against bronze wheels? What other colours can you suggest for callipers? Also suggestions on dust caps as those blue dice are a no for me
  17. Nice replacement you have found mate.. Get the pictures uploaded soon.. Will be looking forward to the mods going on this one
  18. Great.. They are gonna look nice on your deck.. Will suit your theme of blue perfectly
  19. I will make sure they go on the same axle.. Thanks for that mate.. I had 205/45 for almost two years on my momo alloys and 195/45 on my lenso.. I personally felt the car handled much better on the later size. Had these Jinyu tyres on the lenso and they were spot on. Never caused any problems http://www.camskill.co.uk/m62b0s94p115461/Jinyu_Tyres_Car_Jinyu_YH12_Jinyu_YH_12_-_195_45_R16_84W_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_E_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_3_Noise%3A_73dB
  20. Too expensive lol Not sure. If I get branded ones I will have to look for used ones as new are way out of my budget I am talking about the color of his wheels mate.. I think he has the same color?
  21. I used to have 4 different brand budget tyres on my mb2 and never had any problem with them.. Like you said I would love to have a good brand new set of tyres but I think they should be fine for now. Only question though. As two are sunny and two nankang should the two same brand ones be on front and two other ones on rear?
