    Thanks for the feedback guys.... What diameter is a standard bore tom? Cant view video nick, just shows photobucket page with no video to click?? Would something like this be readily available to fit at any powerflow station?

    As some of you know, I got hit up the harris this morning and its nakard my exhaust from cat back!! Need to replace it asap at its blowing at the cat big time as a bolt sheered off and its rattling and knocking like a mofo!!!! What options are out there... I dont know whether to get improved diameter b pipe and im not really sure what look i want for my back box... All i know is i want a nice deep burble to it similar to what it was like before. Can i have some advice and maybe some examples please so i know my options... I got £400 to play with give or take a little including getting my bumpers resprayed which im not sure what that'll set me back! Cheers lads!

    Yeah just bumper and exhaust, the exhaust has gone forward about 4 inches as its bent in two places in the middle by middle silencer and the tip is all bashed up!!

    He's gone through his insurance and my car is uneconomical for repair!! They'll give me 500 to take it off my hands or 435 for me to keep and repair as cat d! Well gutted! cant believe a bent up exhaust would in their eyes deem the vehicle at the end of its life!

    Cheers but to put a cloud over my recent success I've just been hit up the back!!! All the effort and £90 on my exhaust and getting it fitted now its nakard... Need new setup from cat back!! And bumper needs repairing! How do i go about this, matey seems a nice bloke and admits full blame, said he's going to get a price on the front of his mini cooper and if not too much he'll deal with cash to get both cars sorted but if too much he will have to go through his insurance... I have things un declared including my exhaust so how do i go about this? Where do i stand??

    Thanks for comments lads! Deffo getting one of those cases! Probs blue to go with my cam cover! Lol Oh, only thing in that area left is head gasket or cam cover gasket aint it?? FINALLY got round to doing a ECU reset lool!! See how it goes! Also resprayed my strut brace finally!! F*** it lets have a couple more pics lool!!

    I want that case soo bad!!! They do a 4s one or only 5? Yes tom its a cam cover but just the blue one i sprayed, to keep it safe at work!! Wow how about that for a confidence boost, first job going this in depth, ie playing with cam caps etc, and took me an hour bang on!! Vtec gasket replaced, cam cover gasket replaced, cam seal replaced, blue cam cover put on and my wrapped plug cover which has been waiting for my cam cover to be done for too long!! What do we think, i love the new look!!! Before... During... After...
