They refused me finance. Probably because I don't actually have a credit score.

Two easy fixes for that...

1. A credit card from the likes of capitol one or vanquis and use it a little.

2. Contract mobile phone.

Don't default and you'll have a great score in a few months

I've had a contract phone for about 8 months now, never missed a payment. Not enough? :( Considering the credit card route, maybe just use it for petrol or something.

Thanks for the comments everyone :D

To be honest with you lot, I wasn't too sure about the wheels when fitted to the Deck. They look too skinny for my liking but they will serve me well until I get something a bit more special. What I really want is something oldskool with a bit of dish ;)

Busy tomorrow, I got a genuine Honda cambelt-kit to fit (no water pump as I cannot afford it) Whilst it's on the ramps, I will fit the rear Beaks bar, front lower tie-bar, 2 nearly new rear calipers from the MB3 and fit the front 40mm EG springs. Now I know fitting the springs just to the front  is not such a good idea but it's not like I push it around corners anymore. I managed these springs on the MB3 anyway.

Oh yeah, these came through the post today. 5 led bulbs for the rear registration plate :)

Nah you actually need to use the card, run up a small debt then manage it well.

So I might as well buy coilies with a credit card and slowly pay that back?
