Thanks for the comments guys. I was going to purchase a Climair sunroof deflector the other week and this popped up. So i got it bought straight away as these are rare to find. OEM Honda sunroof visor Also purchased a Cusco carbon front strut brace which i was after for a while, another Rare item now as it is discontinued. Also managed to fit the K-tuned shifter, what can i say the adjustment on the pivot is set to half way and the shift is shorer than any short shifter we have experienced. When i fitted it i kept checking if it was in gear thats how short the throw is. will upload pics later Will be sorting the decat out and fitting the moroso sump in the coming days.2 points

Iv now fitted the 1" master cylinder from the mb6. Iv also fitted the refurbed rear trailing arms and front hubs. Wish I had more space to keep all the wee bits and pieces but unfortunately I don't.2 points

Find out why it is getting rebuilt firstly, is he competent at building a decent engine? Round here there are a few guys who rebuild engines, most of them are knocking engines (bottom end/bearings/shells). The get the crank polished/grinded and just throw in another set of ACL bearings and your good to go... For a month or few til it starts knocking again as the tolerances are incorrect etc. A proper rebuild is expensive and time consuming, checking you have the right colour colour bearings etc etc. Most Honda cranks are 'nitrate' coated (unsure if its nitrate or what the proper name is!), and polising or grinding them removes this..2 points

Thanks guys for your encouraging comments and thanks to everyone who voted for me..Honestly I didn't enter my car this month myself cause I thought I would hardly get a single vote with DD being entered..I had never imagined this response..So pleased But I am glad that the most deserving car actually won..I have seen her in person and she is absolutely stunning and that interior is just mouth watering..I have got a cheap version of that with my Black and Blue seat covers lol2 points

Always a few of our interiors knocking around mate, be patient and one will pop up I'm sure. Good excuses for upgrades I think1 point

Thanks, these plans will be done in the next few weeks as I have some parts on the way. There are even more plans after these are done lol1 point

I wouldn't do that It is if the tank of fuel lasts me 8 weeks at a time I do a lot of long runs though where it should benefit me most! You're welcome!1 point

Yep he wanted £1800 for it, not worth that and it's not what I paid but had a car to trade in as well. Happy with the deal I got to be fair1 point

bit late but does the D series Aerodeck have the 1" master cylinder like an mb6? personally i would have kept the rear trailing arms, bottom arms, and top arms purely to refurb the bushes for when they need replacing1 point

Hi Jake Good to hear from you mate, I will be ready to meet up soon now im not ashamed of my civic ha ha, im on business in Manchester all week next week (premier inn 5 nights cuddling up to Lenny) when I get back I will PM you to arrange summot. that ryan on fire stuff looks good yeah, the tegiwa brand is awful, makes me laugh how you go on the sites and they have these massive drift cars plastered all over them and you look at there products and think you never built that monster (normally an r32 skyline) out of that tin pot sh1te your selling Ha Ha.1 point

But it helps It's all emissions these days hence the small turbo charged engines! That's also why the JDM versions usually get more power than ours, well it's a factor anyway.1 point
-
Yer do have to say N/A honda That's how it should be . But in these times it would just cost so much to go n/a to keep up with other manufactures and with the engines getting smaller they would have no chance . Long live good old epic N/A I still like turbo, super charge I think it's just you can really turbo any engine to make more power ( how long it lasts is a different point) and job done with N/A is more work and you need a good engine to start with ie honda . Not saying there are no other engines before anyone has a go :lo:1 point
