They're on! Pictures tomorrow or Monday! In keeping with the recent trend of being cruel4 points

Give it a few extra coats of lacquer too, it'll darken the colour a bit more. Also I couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures whilst I went out for food.3 points

Quick clean and hear box oil change this morning. Also lined up the tubing for my extended intake. Want the filter right behind the light, it's a little close to the block atm. Yet to drive, but hoping the box feels smoother3 points

Exactly that mate. The land rover stuff is supposed to be the same and you can buy after market stuff, but IMO, it was £36 and I have 800ml left over, so willingly need to buy 2l next time, it's worth it. It's easier than engine oil Nick. Little square socket thing and a 17mm just above to fill it up. The only difficulty is refilling, as it's a tight spot. The way I did it, was with a funnel, with an extendable, flexible end, took intake off and went down from that way. Took me less than half hour.1 point

I could live with that! Yes no one has to be as careful as Alex Yeah he did! Went really well! No snapped bolts except for one holding the ABS sensor on but not fussed about that! Get on it Tom you raving homo!1 point

Thanks lads. I'm really liking the sound of it on idle. A real meaty rumble off it now. I replaced the horn this afternoon. So glad to have removed the camp Honda horn. Whilst I was in the mood for making videos, I thought I'd make a quick one of the differences between the old horn and the new horn I also gave the 5Zigen a bit of a polish and took a few pics before I get it advertised for sale in the next couple of days.1 point

I'm swaying more towards getting a high-flow cat instead of removing it altogether. I can't get it past MOT and I don't think my landlord would appreciate me keeping a spare cat under my bed for the other 364 days of the year.1 point

I use Bilt Hamber bars, from Opie Oils, if you can find it cheaper elsewhere, they'll price match it. Bilt Hamber don't need special lubes, just water, I use a little bit of ONR added just to give it a bit more slippyness. Cheers mate. Yeah claying gives great results for not a lot of effort.1 point

Set the front to 20 and rear to 18, feels spot on but needs to go up a bit more as it's catching the arches on the bumps in the road!1 point

Not much today, a wash and clay, amazing how much cr4p is collected over a short time (about 7 months since the last one), mostly the door bottoms. Also polished, waxed and unmasked the wheels and refitted the centre caps, ready to go.1 point

That backbox looks familiar (It was in my room for 3 1/2 years!) And yeah I bet it sounds awesome, can't wait for vids or to hear it in person next month. My neighbourhoods gonna suffer even more, it was bad enough with my E90's audio being done now. Today was a good day. No ice cube.1 point

The MB3 has always had a bumper gap issue and it's been slowly getting worse. So yesterday I got my bag of zip-ties and tied the top of the bumper to the slam panel. It seems to have helped a bit. What I really need to do is realign the crash bar, which might happen if things get worse.1 point

Out with the drinking straw. In with the cannon. It's a 2.5" cat-back system with a center silencer (it doesn't sound like it's silencing anything ) and a Turborevs back box. It sounds great, my MPG suffered greatly on the drive home with my constant revving. I'll attempt to get videos up, but it's a bit too loud to be doing it on my driveway.1 point

Well... HOLY s**t BATMAN! Now i know what all the fuss is about. Handling is perfect! And with the back stripped out feels rediculously quick. I was in a bad mood from about 2pm to be made worse at work, THAT has dissolved it all!1 point

Don't need to be jealous...they are just some 25 year old single peace wheels I have Koni shocks (Str.t) with H&R (-35mm) springs...low enough for a daily, but not for the stance look. Thx...!!! This is how they look with gold middles and polished lips:1 point

I made a photo with all types of bulbs: Number 1: For the clockNumber 2: The two bulbs that light at the top of the clusterNumber 3: The bulbs that light up the cluster at the backNumber 4: Two bulbs for the heater surroundsNumber 5: Bulbs for the buttons. The one with yellow cap is for the indications and the normal one for the button itself. But I don't what types they are.1 point
