  2. Will post it up once it is complete as there will be a step by step guide along with it for anyone looking to do a turbo conversion (grant). We have all the bits for it now excluding the turbo downpipe and the oil and water feed lines. So far it's only cost us 750 for all the parts comprising Manifold 200sx garrett ar48 turbo Intercooler and piping kit Walbro 255lph fuel pump Wastegate and screamer pipe 550cc evo injectors Stage 2 clutch Socketed p28 ecu This all for a d15b2 should take it from 90bhp to a health 230/240bhp. More than enough for the missus to be driving round in.

  4. It end up being the stater motor. The live wire snapped and I haven't got a soldering kit. So I took the motor off the old Civic and it now starts like a beaut

  9. OK so my budy club P1 extended ball joints are fitted which has given me 15mm more travel on the lower arm. The upper part of the hub has had 17mm cut out of the arm and welded back together. Her as some pics. After a few coats of hammerite everything is now back together. With the roll center now being lowered i had to unwind the hight adjuster on my coilovers by 20mm to bring it back up to the ride hight i wanted. Its now sitting perfectly and wow the difference when driving is insane. No more knocking, such a smooth ride( as smooth as can be on coilovers anyway). The camber is way out now, has a small amount of positive by the looks of it. So next thing is back to the alignment place to have camber reset to how i like it and also check to see if the caster has changed after the hub was cut and rewelded. It feels fine though, tracks straight as an arrow on hard acceleration and braking.

  10. It has been quite an productive day today. Whilst I took the starter motor off, thought I start taking other bits and pieces off whilst I'm at it. Literally everything inside the old Civic has been taken out. Including sunroof, window regulators, door handles, dash switches and the speedometre, the whole lot! Took the MGZS spoiler and back box off. The spoiler will be for sale soon if anyones interested. Beaks bar removed and other bits and pieces. Fitted the VTi-S side skirts to the Aerodeck which looks a whole lot better! It's really horrible looking at the old girl now No rust on the seals! Test fitting the rear VTi-S lip on the Aerodeck to see if it's possible to fit with some modifications. Obviously the lip is too short on the side but my mate reckons he can add a bit on on each side using fibraglass!

  11. 2015? Maybe lol. It's still a way off yet as it needs all the brackets welding in and the shell stripping and painting

  13. Just paid a bit shy of £160 for Mtec discs all round and £40 for Brembo pads all round.J&R do cheap driveshafts which seem to get good reviews, they have a shop on eBay. Belt you could probably get from a motor factors locally or euro car parts maybe? Not sure about the bracket I'm afraid!

  14. I'm expecting her to be hovering until next weekend at least, there's a stubborn pin stuck that needs heating to get removed so the callipers can be sent off, at that point it'll be the waiting game. Expected turn around is 2-3 days on that, plus waiting for everything else to turn up as well but I can get the new discs and braided lines fitted without the callipers.

  17. Cheers mate.Head is now off and engine being pulled in the next few days. Just bought a new head and cams plus a socketed P30 ECU so I can map the engine once it's all back in. Managed to strip the last of the wiring loom today and mock up the interior ready for re-wiring. I'll post pics in the week but pleased so far.
