Me too start to finish. Is it a stock C4 can't remember. Sure he said he has been through like 8 engines or something tho.

Fingers crossed mate. I had to drive my eg like that for a while. Was not fun. Small amount of air does make a big difference. Clutching at straws found the hairline cracks. In the end bleeding was also a two man job. So dynodaze rich helped out just before mot.

3k odd fitted and tuned. You just supply ecu, injectors and fuel pump iirc

I know mapping is incredibly important. I think racetech would be a good choice. From what I gather they offer warranty if fitted by them. And td05 may restrict you flange wise but it's gonna be an awesome turbo.

I got slated on civic life for my budget turbo setup. But then had loads of people message me saying they done the same and it's fine. So who knows until you Try yaself I guess..

One of the reasons I bailed on turboing. Even waste gate and dump valve need to be decent really. Else ya gonna have issues. It all stacks up in price! So I decided amongst other things that I couldn't afford to do it properly. Now if I was a younger man without the family n that... It would be a different story!

One thing to look at dude if your having this problem caught me out was well confused. If you over tighten the bleed screws ever so slightly. The tapered bit on the bleed screw that seats hairline cracks. Barely noticeable but enough to draw air into system. Check them out. Honest it happened on two of my calipers I now have a bag of spare bleed screws so if ya need some.. Ya k ow who to ask.

I believe so. I only know what I've been told when I asked the questions at g786. Doesn't mean it's correct mind. Upto a point stock valves and retainers. And then there will be a point where aftermarket become beneficial. Lighter weight parts etc.

C4 definitely already has dual Intake springs and single exhaust springs. I've seen them with my own eyes in my own engine

Well I'd agree it would be preferable to change springs. But I was assured it wasn't necessary upto 8500rpm. I sought advise from engine builders as I didn't want to renew springs but would have done if it was necessary. I also got advised using 2nd hand itr springs is hardly an upgrade as they will be saggy and worn to some degree.. Aftermarket doubles would be again preferable

We have dual Intake springs. I have been assured that running stock springs upto 8500rpm with Itr cams is absolutely fine. So far so good anyway. I've put more miles on my car in last month than I had in the previous year vtec is punchy and no issues.

@Krzys they are from 1994. We're bought then never put on. I got the original wheels too. @WilkesyMB6 it's survived 20 years and is still going strong. So I'm not too worried at the minute. For what I paid for it ill probably never even change the oil and just run it into the ground.

Right then as some may know the mazda was short lived been sold. Shame was a lovely car! But carrying on with the above old school theme.. I have bought this... love it its in really good shape especially considering the year. Brand nnew original nissan alloys! Dohc sr20. . Mid engined. . Rwd
