Mid section should fit more or less. Rear section will need lengthening and the hanger moving/adjusting

Most of my car is strong flesh bushes. 2 years on good as gold. If you email them they will likely have 20mm or be able to make some.
-
Wow beautiful mate. Should be a gooden this.. decent mileage that too.
-
1 or 2 hp maybe. But I love my 70mm throttle. Transforms how responsive the engine Is mid way through the Rev range.
-
Some results on Google about removing the butterfly section. That would cause far less resistance through the manifold.

I'm using a place in Leicester. Work is good and price is good also. But do know rediculously busy. I've agreed to let him have my car as long as needed. Could be couple months for respray it seems.

Looks nice car mate. There is no water pump belt unless your timing belt is missing as well in which case your fooked. Water pumps on the timing belt. If your overheating. Check coolant level and bleed if required. . Make sure fan works. And buy a new thermostat. That's the usual suspect.

Awesome. What sort of power are you expecting..? Similar to a stock d16z6 turbo? I don't really know the differences between the engines.
-
Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Bit unbalanced.
-
Not sure on a how too. Take your centre console out and just see if the actual controls are bad. Then check the cables and go from there. Hopefully it's one ofvthe above not the actual heater box. It's a messy old job if it is.

Yeah I thought this was weird. I only noticed after buying 26mm bushes for my mc2. Maybe decks are 24mm? Hatch is 26mm? Possible deck a bit unbalanced having no rear arb as well. ??

When ya planning on getting this lot fitted??? Gonna be awesome for sure.

I've been reading up.. and my conclusion is should really monitor the oil temp before deciding to run a cooler. And it shiuld be thermostatic. Apparently the standard oil to water cooler that comes on some jdm b and d series is suorisingly effective.
-
Jeez. Where exactly do you work.?? In Australia?
-
All other bits are simple enough. Fuel filter is easily accessible. They do have a distributor rather than coil packs. So the cap and rotor are often overlooked. Regular oil changes are generally what keeps Honda engine sweet
-
Should be. There the easiest cam belt to replace ever. Very nice job even for someone with little experience. Not like vw!
-
May order a cooler looks decent quality.
-
Yes I have all required parts either at home or on order.

It's when the grease on the pivot of the clutch release fork gets dry. Seems to happen to all Honda of a certain age. Good dollop of high temp grease on pivot ball will cure it. Box would need to come off to do so really.
