I sold a complete exhaust to another member once. Used Shiply.com People give you quotes. Normal courier said was too big. Cost about 20 quid iirc- 1,645 replies

Two main culprits for these types of problems are dizzy/ignition bits. Or lambda sensor. Quite often lambda will cause flat spots and stuttering. But if you put your foot flat to the floor. All of a sudden engine will respond as it should. And return to stuttering at part throttle at certain rpm. Not saying your problem is your issue but that's where I'd look next.

Yeah the non aircon civics with half rad. Do come with a blank I did have one for my eg but it's been thrown away. Can't find it anywhere. But still having said that I've never had any issues like that without it. Sure it's not thermostat failing. Does take a long time to warm up in the first place?

I always find have the rears a bit harder than the fronts and understeer is gone. Like full hardness on the rear. And 4 clicks softer on front.

Rust in that spot is leaky windscreensville! That what killed my mb6. Looked mint. But rotted same place as that due to windscreen -
Standard old jap car mate. There will be a seal not closing up properly somewhere. Door or boot possibly

No way. change the pump and tensioner. Can't see any reason why there telling you that. There Moving parts prone to wear. Prices seem a bit steep as well.

Probably the 205s dude. Like say I used to have same spec wheel. Rota circuit 8 16x7 et 40. But I had 195 45 16 tyres. No rubbing what so ever but the rears were very close so I'd imagine your 205s would be enough to scrape.

To be fair though. Driving on the minimum marker is hardly starved of oil. Still plenty in there.- 1,645 replies
