  1. nope, but I did tap him up about getting my rear quarter windows removed and resealed!
  2. had some 'vision' upgrades recently... new windscreen (fitted by autoglass because of fears of leaks), new wipers, and new head light bulbs (rings again - make so much difference over tired old bulbs). also got a few bits and bobs for coming service - blue cam seal and new o2 sensor.
  3. i vaxed mine out, then drove around with the heaters on full belt and all the windows open dehumidifier sounds like a better option!
  4. check the boot... my whole carpet was soaked (including there) because my spare wheel well was full of water! as above , think it's my rear quarter windows... need resealing
  5. i think that they're a step backwards for indicators, even on new cars i think they're hard to see.
  6. indicate + gear change = win why did someone think that you might need to wipe the windscreen at the same time as changing gear? love it when you swap between the two though and you squirt your screen wash at someone in anger
  7. they are so much better on the right
  8. bump so as not to get lost in weekend traffics
  9. i think sometimes the lucks just not with me when i stay doing jobs, and it's best to leave it for another day before something goes pear shaped
  10. mine did this not long ago... just needed topping up with fluid and bleeding
  11. that head unit looks ace... i bet it transforms the look of the dash
  12. lol that's why i just want a bobby basic chip that needs a map putting on, because I've hardly seen a good word said about them (h tune) on here and other places.
  13. i was thinking about using the map for a p72 as a start, but don't know which chip to buy.
  14. i got a fresh p28 a few months ago and will be getting it mapped in the next few months. plan to take it to one of the local dyno places to get it mapped, but will probably get a chip for them to fit. so don't need any fancy map, just some thing for them to work with. the place I'm thinking of isn't a Honda specialist (they do evos mainly) but the reports are that they've got a good dyno and know their stuff.
  15. it's worth checking the size of the new dizzy against the old one if you've still got it. I've just fitted a new cap and rotor to mine and had to buy them from ignition car parts because the blue print one i got was too big. also, the rotor doesn't have a screw holding it on, and when i last changed mine I had to destroy it to get it off. I've squirted a bit of lube in this time (because the new rotor hasn't got one either) to hopefully avoid problems next time... might be worthwhile doing it now while it's all still fresh.
  16. looks lovely fella... interested to see how hh the arches look
  17. things are looking good bud - nice to get some nice shiny new bits fitted
